Thundercats. to many gadgets and abilities for the turtles to over come.

Are we talking the 80's Cats, or the recent rebooted ones?

If the former, the turtles are dead--cats outnumber them, have better gadgets, and an uber-powerful magical sword on their side.

If it's the reboot, the cats will basically fall apart on their own due to infighting, jealousy and betrayal. The new Lion-O can't even get a girl.
