Senator Armstrong from Metal Gear vs. Greed from FMA

I want to know who would win. They have nearly the exact same powers and reflexes, speed, and durability. What would be the deciding factor in a fight like this one, as crazy as it sounds.

Greed is the Brotherhood version, and Armstrong has all of his abilities from both the main fight and DLC fight.

Who wins?

The fact is, all of these statements are false.
Greed is slower, has worse reflexes and his durability feats are incomparable to Armstrong.
Greed and Armstrong's powers are only similair in the fact that they can harden their skin with a black substance.
Until I see Greed throwing helicopters by just powering up, I say their abilities are as different as day and night.

His fight with Wrath makes this debatable. Wrath was faster, but greed held his own for a good deal of time while everyone else involved fell. I can agree on durability however, having just fought Armstrong again today, and raw strength as well, but not so much speed, I would say they tie there

Helicopters and DBZ tier energy waves aside, the base power of the "Black Substance" is the same. And his energy attacks are slow. He mainly uses them to get his hands on you while you dodge, but since they have the same/similar speed, Id'e imagine greed could avoid getting thrown around too much.

Armstrong would still win though. That healing factor plays a role here too.

I'll go with Armstrong.

Greed went out pretty quickly in the original anime.
