I think this could be an interesting fight. Two big bad demons from different universes, yet still they have a lot in common. They both are big, bad demons, both are bosses and both really like killing people. In games Cyberdemon is much harder, yet stillD iablo seems be more awesomeas character, and he is the main boss of entire game.

Diablo:
Al'Diabalos, the Lord of Terror, known more commonly as Diablo, is the youngest of the three Prime Evils as well as the main antagonist of the Diablo game series, being its namesake. Amongst all demons known to humankind, he is considered the most powerful due to his ability to instill fear into the hearts of people with his name alone.

Powers: Great speed, fire magic, hore of minions

Cyerdemon
The Cyberdemon is perhaps the most formidable enemy in classic Doom. A missile-launching skyscraper with goat legs. 'Nuff said.

Powers: Rocket Launcher, enormus number of hp's, ability to annoy

Battle until first kill so... Who should win this battle?

My personal vote for Diablo, because he is one of prime evils for a reason, also, he's spells should be enough to neutralize Cyberdemon weapons. And he's agility = upper hand in melee.

Game characters are immortal. The winners are firefighters. They'd have a lot of fires to put out after demon battles. The firefighters would be busy and happy.
