Looks like that's going to become a trend. Seems Warbotron screwed over a number of retailers in order to cosy up to and make a sly deal with BBTS (who now have an exclusive 90-day head start on Warbotron figures that was not part of the original deal), to such an extent that some will not ever carry their products.

Well done, Warbotron. First figure and you've already screwed up royally. The 3P market is driven to a large extent by good-will - accepting higher prices, understanding the makers are small operations, difficulty in returns, running changes to correct design flaws (e.g.: Heavy Labor) - you don't piss all over that for a $. Certainly not right out of the gate with no proven track record.

Luckily the transformers taught us right from wrong so we can easily identify when something isn't fair. I would say boycott BBTS but I don't know how effective that would be in the long run to stop these kinds of shenanigans.
