Come on, Optimus Primal, this is your year! You're Cybertron's Greatest Hero. You earned that title, going from humble beginnings to well deserved greatness. This, the 20th anniversary of your debut, is your time to shine.
Everyone, vote for the Big Bot. Vote for the Boss Monkey. Vote for the heroic leader who has long since deserved his place in the Hall of Fame. The one who saved the entire planet Earth from destruction by annihilating the Vok's planet buster with a transwarp explosion, himself dying in the process. The one who saved time, space, and history itself by keeping the spark of G1 Optimus Prime alive within his (Primal's) own body. The one who infiltrated the Nemesis in a desperate do-or-die attempt to save everything that ever was and was to come. The one who carried out the will of the Oracle to bring balance to a forsaken Cybertron. The one who sacrificed his own life to finally kill Megatron and save all of Cybertron, the Allspark, and every Cybertronian spark present, past, and future. The one whom Primus himself handpicked to lead the Children of Primus against the Minions of Unicron in the Universe War. The one who joined the power of his own Energon Matrix with that of Lio Convoy to destroy the nigh-invincible Predacon WMD Majin Zarak, saving the planet Gaia in the process. The one who proved himself worth of becoming a Protector for the Alternity, combating many threats including Megatron, Cryotek, Primacron, Binaltech Black Convoy, and even Beast of Time itself, the Hytherion.
And, the one who, in spite of all of those and many more remarkable accomplishments, would never, ever, even remotely consider himself to be better, greater, or more worthy of such honor than any of his comrades, for his humility knows no bounds.
He is Optimus Primal. He is Convoy. He is Burning Convoy. He is Powered Convoy. He is Beast Convoy. He is... a hero of legends, a true warrior, a long overdue candidate for the Transformers Hall of Fame.
