This is going out to all TCC members. All of the Breakaway figures are now in the mail. If you don't receive yours by August 15, please let us know. It can take 2-3 weeks for them to arrive depending on the speed of the Post Office.
We have shipped all of the Iacon figures and Alpha Trion/Weird Wolf sets (that were ordered at BotCon) to domestic FedEX addresses. Foreign and PO Box orders will depart on Monday.
We have been adding movie products and some BotCon items to the store this week. More will be added next week along with more pictures being loaded.
We will also be adding the remaining Alpha Trion/Weird Wolf pieces to the store next week so keep watching. There is a very limited number left and we will be selling them with the Vector Sigma for $150 for all three pieces (well below what they have going for in the online auctions). We may/may not send out and email when they go in the store as we don't want the server crashed. You will be allowed to order ONE piece per person so if you try to order more than that, your order will be cancelled.
In addition, after everything has shipped we will be going through the damaged boxed items to see what complete sets can be put back together and we will be calling the people on the waiting list. We don’t anticipate anything being left and we are not accepting any more names on the list as we won’t have enough to fill demand.
Several people have asked about the unused Hotel Key Cards...we have paired these items with different BotCon exclusives so when you order these items, the Key Card will come free with that order. There is a very limited number available so don't delay. In addition, these cards have never been put in a hotel door lock so they are free from all scratches.
Nothing will go up until Monday so watch next week...it will be a busy time for the few items that are left from BotCon 2007!
Thanks to all of you who attended!
Brian

Personally, I think it's worth it. The Master Collector subscription isn't anything great (to me) but access to the club exclusives is great.
I picked up the Astrotrain and Airazor exclusives, I have the exclusive combiners (2 + 1 that is in the mail) and I got the Botcon set.
I also now have a chance to pick up a couple more Botcon exclusives much cheaper than I would find them on eBay.
If you have the cash to drop on the exclusives - keep in mind, they are not cheap by any means, then it's well worth it.

It is one of those things the more you use the better it is. Personally I think it is because of the comic and profiles, the free exclusive figure, and access to other exclusives. It all depends on what you are looking for.

I'm just little bothered that they are selling souvenior sets that were supposedly "attendee only" sets. After all, I made the effort and paid the money to actually go to Botcon to get them. Plus they are selling them at even more of a mark-up than their original selling price just because they can.
I am a member and I like to support the CC, but I would feel better about them if they just did something like sell the remainders to online stores like BBTS or TF Source. No one would have to know about it and the CC would still appear to be honoring their committment to Boton attendees.
Oh well, at least the figures will still there way into the hands of collectors.

As a club member I'm actually a little pissed about this being the first we've heard about remaining A3/Weirdwolf sets. Unless I've missed something I thought that these were supposed to be sold out at the convention. I bought a set from ebay last week without Vector Sigma for slightly more than the club's charging. Now I'm not that annoyed by the price difference because I had an upper limit of what I was willing to pay and I'm not that annoyed about not having the VS piece as there are still a few floating around on ebay and I can get hold of it for about £20 shipped if I decide that I want the thing. The thing that is annoying me is that I'd far rather the club was turning profit from me and putting it back towards further club exclusives or additional features. Now I'm not saying there's anything inherently wrong with people helping to cover the costs of attending by selling on figures, I'd just rather see the cash go to the club. This is obviously more than was being charged at the convention but I'd still quite gladly pay it if I didn't have a set on the way.
