Was there any fan modes for linking legends wreck-gar to sky reign? I keep seeing the legends wreck-gar when looking about online for legends groove again, was he just a head swap and new deco?

Yeah, we have seen everything for POTP aside from exclusives. Hasbro confirmed it ends with wave 4 and there isnt much new in wave 4 aside from Novastar.

The next show is SDCC in only 4 months and they will reveal some of the new War for Cybertron and BB movie toys there.

Just a little guide guys:

If you have Starscream/Elita-1 from their jet modes, you have to flip the arms to hide in order to get a proper jet mode, the combiner ports acts as the thrusters. Instructions doesn't have this so Starscream and Elita-1 are mistransformed for some reason.

This comment got lost in all the Wreck-Gar awesomeness. But, I wanted to make a comment about it. While I really like your suggestion, Albatross, I need to point out that the tab to secure the arms to the side of the torso for alt mode is only available if the hand is out. If the combining port is out, then there is nothing but the friction of the shoulder joint holding the arm against the body.

So, it looks like the instructions have it right (at least as far as engineering intention). That said, I do think the combiner port option is a very attractive fan mode.

I hate to say this but it looks like Wreck-Gar only comes with that hand module. One thing that I like about Deluxe Groove are those sweet handguns that also replicate the old motorcycle weapons AND completed the bike mode. I'm not asking for an ax, but at least include those sweet rifles.

I had a thought the other day, Battletrap could be retooled into Skytread rather easily. Chopper guy loses the rotor while adding wings to the legs for a perfectly odd looking jet mode. The truck guy can go two ways; one, the top of the truck can be retooled into a turret with a possible removable handgun. Two and more likely, the vehicle is repainted into an armored humvee style vehicle. Combined mode might get a new head but who knows.

I'm going to give him Ironhide's axe and put it where those guns go. I'll put the shield on the back of the bike, not on top of it, as was suggested with Deluxe Groove. I think that will look great!

Can someone use a Dinobot hand shield with their Deluxe Groove and show me how it looks?

In retrospect, if we knew how the whole Evolution-thang was gonna work, I would've voted for Megatron -- we could have then had Galvatron!

I skipped his recent TR incarnation, since it didn't do it for me, and I still have DX9's Tyrant as my go-to....I am still hoping they plan to give him the MP treatment. But I am glad they got Megatron right with MP-36.

Here's hoping for some surprise announcements soon!

Holy crud guys, I didn't know this was news! I found a bunch of them at my Kroger last week for $2.25.

I actually bought three of each and sold them already. It's the only time I've ever engaged in scalping and I feel kind of bad about it. I guess I really didn't make too much profit off of them. $2.25 retail + $3.50 postage + $0.75 for the envelope + the ebay and paypal fees... and because I felt bad about scalping I priced them $1-2 under what everyone else on ebay was selling them for...

That would be swirly metallic plastic, clear plastic breaks are less common (not to mention less dramatic) than the hype may suggest. If they were, look at how many cars, jets and whatnot with clear windows there are. Just be careful manipulating joints made from that stuff, and don't put them under continued stress.

Only the main attachment points inside the chest and the dino neck. The latter is supported by opaque plastic on either side of each point. The ratchets in the shoulders have less give to offset the sturdiness of the clear plastic.

Speaking of which: Moonracer's shoulders are clear plastic. Hope they don't seize up.

My biggest Dinobot issue is Swoop's face not wanting to stay in place while in Dino mode. Keep in mind the only POTP Dinobots I have are Swoop & Slug who I've been displaying next to Henkei Grimlock since I haven't picked up POTP Grim yet or any of Wave 2.
