At least he could have come with Marvel Comics mis-"colored" blue Ravage / aka Howlback or something. Or Donny Finkelberg. Or Charlene. Something. Anything. Happy to complete these guys. Just so many other more prominent characters I'd rather see before Skids. Poor guy.

Porsche has always been a pain in the exhaust port, next to Volkswagen. The latter did loosen up for Bumblebee's popularity, but only for him, not for any of his redeco offspring like Glyph and Bug Bite.
Ferrari's exclusive toy license was held first by Mattel for Hot Wheels, and now by the Hong Kong-based Maisto. That license has so far only been used for die-cast model cars, so I guess nothing beyond that is in the cards. The supplier of the license makes the conditions.

I think Volkswagon owns Porsche or vice versa. My Dad had a Porsche back in the day that had a Volkswagon engine.

That gave more attention to Hoist, though.D-Maximal_Primal wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Marvel gave Skids his due, back in the day.
Just for fun I looked it up, and if I got the comic right, Skids premiered in Marvel on November 26, 1985 in "rock and Roll out", which predates my existence by 9 years, 2 months, 2 days, so unfortunately I've never read it

Skids got more focus in later issues, particularly in Issue #20 "Showdown", his standout appearance.

Still around 9 years BD, but kudos to those who did get to read it.
IDW is the definitive Skids to me

Why Galvatron hasn't been done is still astounding
