The slew of Bumblebee repaints seem to be an endless tradition for the Transformer Movie toylines, as we were first introduced to N.E.S.T Bumblebee awhile ago. TFCToys are at it again, as their Ebay account has the figure up for auction. Take a look at the pictures below.

I don't mind the idea of N.E.S.T. figures so much... It's that Bumblebee doesn't make any sense. He didn't have anything to do with N.E.S.T. until well after those he went to Egypt with Jetfire, the twins and the humans...

I don't often whine about how something isn't... movie-accurate, in this case... Matter of fact, I think this is a personal first... But at least the darker U2.0 Cyclonus made sense.

I think in the non-Defiance prequel comic (oh yeah...'Alliance'--makes sense!), BBee was a part of NEST with the other bots hunting down deceps in hiding on Earth.

I stopped buying Bumblebee deluxe repaints at the count of four. I still dont have a deluxe with only one hand and a cannon cause I think it looks dumb. But I did buy Human Alliance Bumblebee and whth the incredible detail the put on that mold why dont they put the deluxe mold to rest ???

FAIL for YET ANOTHER Bumblebee repaint. Double FAIL for just being Bumblebee with a (not even) new paint job and not a different character. Who else used this or the similar molds besides Cliffjumper they could of used? Glyph and Tapout, G2 Hubcap, the infamous Bumblejumper?

Good grief Hasbro. This is more than enough fail to counter the awesomeness that will being movieverse Bludgeon and Lockdown. Just stop already.

I have 3 BB's including the CJ repaint. I just don't see the point of this. Then when I look around and see the other BB's ('74 Camaro and HA.....others somewhere I think) I just have a harder time seeing the point.

Holy crap, their just banging these things out aren't they. It's strange they reverted to the original 07 release's black plastic. And it's also strange this one has the least amount of paint apps yet. Look at the arms, completely black. No license plate on this one even. Yuck.

I wouldn't mind so much if it were...say...a repaint of Landmine into a N.E.S.T. vehicle. Or maybe Sideswipe or Ironhide, who were with N.E.S.T. in China...

Didn't read the prequel comic, but in that context, yeah, it does kinda make sense...

But in the context of only seeing the movie itself (twice in as many days), not so much.

Yawn, yet another BB repaint. More power to whom ever wants this one, no go for me.

Although I already have all the previous movie Bumblebees (every mould, every repaint), this new version is so obviously the best.

I always preferred the black limbs - I realise it's not exatly screen-accurate, but black just looks much more kick-ass, it contrasts better with the bright yellow, and also a better homage to the black limbs of the original G1 toy.

Also the car mode looks FAR superior. The positioning of the stripes is a much better fit for the contours of the car, somehow making an already gorgeous chassis look even sleeker. Added to that the additional stripes on the roof and the doors, and this BB certainly has the WOW factor in spades.

And then to top it all, his arm missile is actually the CORRECT SIZE for the hole in his arm, rectifying a horrid error present on the Preview Edition.

Sorry chaps, but I'll have to disagree with you all - NEST BB is an epic WIN, and if you can't see that then you must be a bit bonkers, is all can say.

From the intricate NEST logo on the wings to the electric blue tint of the windows, this has to be the best depiction of Movie BB seen thus far, and a definite purchase - even if (like me) you already have all the others.

It's our fault though, for buying all the dang previous Bumblebees, and whatever BB retool they'll release for the third film.

Wow a repait of the crappiest Bumblebee they ever released. They should've used Cannon Bumblebee instead. Add a gun to that that stores in carmode and a chest that can be split to make it movie accurate and you'd have a winner.
