As we first reported in early September, SPIKE TV is airing its 4th Annual "Scream" awards on Tuesday, October 27th at 10PM PST/EST. Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen as you might suspect drew heavy consideration when nominations were decided and was actually nominated in 11 different categories.

Can't wait to know how many it won? Well, you don't have to.

The actual awards show was taped last night, and ROTF did very well, earning 3 awards. Megan Fox won for "best sci-fi actress", Isabel Lucas won for "breakout performance - female" and the movie itself was deemed to have the best special effects.

Yeah, but Megan Fox winning an award for acting is pretty ludicrous. I haven't seen all the other movies/shows that were nominated, but someone must have done a better job that she did.

The only one i agree with is the effects one. It the only real reason to see the TF movies. Fox being the best scifi actress is laughable and as for the other one im sure there was a way better "break out actress" out there. Dont get me wrong she wasnt bad but all the horror and scifi films we've seen this year there must have been some one better.

I don't know if she was nominated, but Rosamund Pike was excellent in the film 'Surrogates' recently - her peformance put Megan Fox to shame.

Aye! Rosamund Pike has a damn-sight more talent than that Fox-hack. (And she's had more experience in sci-fi, too; Die Another Day and Doom! :grin:
