If the pictures of Perfect Effect; PE-01F & PE-01R by Meister79 did not solidify your opinion on the figures, we've got a review by Optibotimus. He goes over the usual, comparing both figures to their original, PE-01 Shadow Warrior. Feel free to check out the video on Youtube or embed below. Two things about Rumble and Frenzy on the same day? Dreams do come true!

They call me “Tanker Chungus”!

That's probably because we got ours at the same time. I actually got mine yesterday.

Quality control once again rears it's ugly head upon Perfect effect..They seem to be plauged by this..It has kept me from buying any of their products..Shame to I kinda liked these at first..

Was the problem with the peg that attaches them to the City Commander mold resolved?

I am REALLY on the fence about this one. For those of you who have it, how much do you REALLY like it? I am in my mid thirties and typically buy TFs that are G1 themed. I have music label soundwave (with reprolabel stickers, highly recommended). Does this go well with that?

Yeah, this is probably the most important issue IMHO. It was one of the selling points for the little guys after all. I am a big targetmaster fan so I am interested to see how the peg works for both Frenzy and Rumble.
As for the two right feet, that is a bummer. Honestly, these figures (from a mold standpoint) look gorgeous. It seems the quality side suffers some though.

Haven't thanked you on YouTube before so THANKS for all the great reviews! You do a great job.
Sorry to see you had the foot issue on Frenzy. That's definitely disappointing. However, posed with ML Soundwave, these guys look great!

Well thank you. You don't really need to thank me or anything lol i just have doing this. I'm honored that anyone subscribes or watches my stuff. I've tried to keep on improving my stuff because i'm a perfectionist of sorts. Even now, i think i could improve some areas. But the support is definitely appreciated.
The foot issue hopefully will get resolved. I emailed robotkingdom, hopefully they'll respond shortly. I don't want this issue to deter people from getting this set. I'd hate to think a minor mistake could influence someone in their decision making.

I have two shadow warrior one perfect and one with 2 left arms. I just put the gun in the off arm and it covers up the mistake i still like them and think they are real cool. i think it is great figure for what it is and hopefully i will get 2 perfect sets this time. Fingers crossed. I am a Universe 3.0 collector so in my opinion they are essential and reality is they look great especially next Music label Soundwave and they look great next to the classics Hound Ravage.
Note: I believe this was my first time seeing one of your reviews, and In general I think your review was well lit, informative and entertaining, especially compared peaugh's reviews, that guy can make me want slit my wrist and go to sleep in one fell swoop. His reviews kind of remind of my days in high school listening to a teacher drone on. anyway I would def watch more of your reviews tho i tend to go for the more fun and humorous Vange1us and barutazaru.

Just got both PE-01 R&F today at work. Opened them up and I did not have the same feet problems as optibotimus. So I'm not sure if this is an individual incident, batch, or something else. Great looking figures, but I still think these guys are pretty expensive for something so small, and an alt mode where the pegs don't really fit. I'll have them in Bot mode. I don't have any other figs with me at work, but I'll see how they fit in with CC and PC later on tonite. Doesn't look as if the problem has been fixed tho.

If these even have their own individual packages, why are they only available as a set of 2?
If anyone is interested in buying only the blue one I will buy the red one off you, please PM me.

Re: Video Review of Perfect Effect; PE-01F & PE-01R Shadow Warriors
Just got my PE-01F /PE-01R Set and my "Frenzy" has two right arms. Meanwhile the right kneecap on my "Rumble" is warped and misshapen. Very disappointed in the quality control for such an expensive product. They need to buy some new glasses for the 8-year-old Chinese kids who put these things together.
Has anyone had any luck talking with RobotKingdom about this?

I got mine today.
So, here's how I see them:
Bad:
-The plastic feels KO-ish
-Many ball joints do not sit truly flush with their sockets (this makes for the bad ankles and for the joints that tend to push one direction or another
Good:
-Wonderful representations of the very blue Frenzy and the very red Rumble
-They didn't break. This might seem salty, but we have small 3rd party stuff here that despite how it might feel, is pretty stable.
-All aspects of the pile-drivers are quite clever
-The paint details are great (except where small thin lines are drawn, then they're suspect)

Got my set yesterday. Both mine seem to be free from defects and even have decent paint apps. They pair up quite well with ML Soundwave and DL Ravage. Even though they didn't correct the pegs to allow them to connect with the FP Commader sets they still make excellent hand held targetmasters.
