The first wave of Takara Transformers Autobot Alliance has been released in Japan and Asian countries, courtesy of Alfes 2010 we get to view the gallery of the Japanese version AA-01 Battle Blades Optimus Prime.

The primarily difference of AA-01 "Battle Blades" Optimus Prime are mainly the Autobot leader is equipped with "Battle Hooks" instead of blades and painted Matrix.
This version even spotted with the same box as Hasbro's Hunt For The Decepticons Battle Blades Optimus Prime (http://www.seibertron.com/toys/gallery. ... =0&start=0).

not too bad lookin but im stickin with my leaader class ones.

I ordered the normal battle blades Optimus version from the UK.
Not really that keen on getting this version. I also have the second edition
of Buster Prime but really like the voyager one + I think the voyager Megatron
is better then the leader (exept for the colors).

I think the hooks alone aren't enough changes, but I think it will come out
very fast after the first version.

By the way, does anybody know if the third Arcee bike is ever going to be made?
Or did Hasbro quit on that and just release a Chromia repaint to take her place?
