Commander Wave is similar to scouts? Unlikely as it seems, "scout" and "commander" together scream PowerCore Combiner, no? Probably a coincidence.

And...BUILDING BLOCKS!?! Sweet Primus, has Hasbro already forgotten the the tragedy of Built to Rule? Is this gonna' be another wretched curse returning to haunt the franchise at the beginning of every decade?

The rest sounds interesting enough. Only other oddity is that they announce the first TF Prime toys, which are apparently to be buried in Generations instead of having their own line. And a fem-con on the show? Could THIS be our first Slipstream toy?! Or anything other than giving the Arcee mold a bad-girl repaint and calling her Flamewar?

Cyberverse was the only thing I was hopeful about, but this reduces that hope greatly.

Eh, outside of Shockwave, really the only thing about the DOTM toyline that interests me at this point is Cyberverse, if for no other reason than the Ark.

I sincerely hope that Hasbro has learned from the mistakes of BTR with this new block line. The figures at least look decent IMO (though why exactly they have movie-styled bodies and Classics-styled heads seems a bit odd [never mind the G1 TF minifigs that come with them] - Photoshopped, maybe?), and they sound like they're properly transformable this time. I guess we'll see.

Other than that...in as much as I don't really care about the 'kiddy' lines, I am somewhat tempted by Rescue Bots Optimus, 'Bee and Blades.

Please tell me this is something other then the Prime trailer combo we've already seen. Because I want a nearly 2 foot tall Prime.... I really do.

Leader Class Ironhide is something that actually has me almost excited enough to break my "No Leader Class Movie Toy Purchases" rule. The rest, no biggie for me.

Oh, there is supposed to be a capital "M" on Mack Truck under Megatrons description. Yeah, I know, that sounds anal but hey, that's MY last name were talking about.

Leader Ironhide sounds good; been waiting for this. I don't know why they are wasting a leader on Bumblebee... I like hearing the DOTM plot will be more Transformer based as well. And looking foward to the Transformers Prime toyline.

Strict onscreen only rule as always........if Skyhammer isnt the movie I will be sorely tested though!!

from what I have seen Sentinel Prime,Roadbuster and Topspin will be mine for sure.is Crankcase in the movie?if so Ill get him.also Voyager Megatron and Skyhammer(so cool)

I see nothing to make me want to upgrade any of my existing onscreen bots though...except maybe Ultimate Prime
