I like Toy Arena. They have competitive prices and lately they have been getting their pre-orders in quicker than two other popular online stores.

I just wish they offered better shipping options... I don't know if it's just because I'm less than an hour's drive of both BBTS and TFsource, but their shipping fees are so much cheaper. I ordered two United R/F and United Scourge and it cost $18 to ship...which they claimed to be the cheapest option. Same order from either of the other places woulda only been about $10.
