That's actually the new Cyberverse Bumblebee mold. This will only <cough> be the fourth time we've seen it. (Individual, with the Battle Bunker, the Cybertronian Warriors pack this thread is about, and now this "Ultimate" set.)
It's an ugly inaccurate and outdated Bumblebee mold. I'd like to see a newly sculpted Legends movie Bumblebee that had better articulation, proportions and got rid of the oddly shaped wings on his back that can't be posed at all.
The new Cyberverse Bumblebee mold features different arms and legs from the old Legends mold; though the chest/head transformation is unchanged. Note that the old Legends mold has itself been reused in Cyberverse: for the Walmart exclusive Bumblebee/Soundwave/Rodimus set, the Target exclusive with the black Megatron recolor,
Bolt Bumblebee, and the Toys R Us exclusive Bumblebee/Starscream four-pack.
