Figured since HasTak and 3rd parties are doing all of these MP Voyager scale cars-bots. Some members here might have wish list of what they want to see 3rd parties create.

Notice the HasTak and 3rd parties prices for these toys are almost the same. Since those newer Takara MP Cars-bots from USA based seller are selling for over $74+

My 3rd party MP styled Voyager 6.3+ inch scale cars-bots are,

MP Voyager scale 6.5+ inch 1986 styled Hotrod. Figured this might be a good idea, So another 3rd party company can create a FanProjects Styled Armor trailer to combine the toy into a Ultra-Leader scale Rodimus Prime toy.

1984 Voyager Hound and swindle

1984-1985 voyager Tracks

1984 voyager Ratchet and Ironhide

None because I expect HasTak to continue on with the official MP line. And certainly won't be paying for these at 3rd party prices when time and time again the official MPs are going to be cheaper.

DX9 mirage cost $84.99, Takara's newest MP cars-bots on BBTS currently cost $79.99. This is only $5 in savings. http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/menu.aspx?menu=14

I'm living in Malaysia. I'm sure as hell won't be shopping from BBTS because the shipping fees will be crazy. Official MP cars cost roughly around USD60 here so far, and since TakaraTomy isn't going to abandon the line anytime soon, I just don't see a point for me to get 3rd party version of them.

If 3rd parties decide to do MP-level vehicles of headmasters/powermasters/brainmasters, then perhaps I might have some interest in them, considering these are mostly from the Japanese G1 series.

Chimungmung.com has DX9 Mirage for $69.90.

You're missing my point It's not the pricing, but the chances of them getting made by TakaraTomy is high enough that I don't need a 3p version. Plus I don't really buy multiple versions of characters (even if their of different molds) unless it's Optimus Prime or it looks really, really cool.

Also that $60 price is the highest price point. For early POs my friend usually help to secure them for approx 55, cash and carry.

Nah, If I'm going to have a wishlist it'll easily be all the characters from the Japanese continuities So it's better for me to use the wait and see approach or I'll end up burning a hole in my pocket.

Why are you referring to MP scaled cars as being "voyager" scale ? While its roughly the same size, its a totally different concept. In MP scale, the so called "voyager" scale you speak of is used for troops and grunts the same way deluxe scale is used for troops and grunts in the classics line. Are you proposing that you want to see deluxe class eliminated from classics displays altogether ? Or are you proposing the 3rd parties start filling gaps in MP collections ? What line is this "wish list" supposed to be displayed with ?

I assumed he only means the new MP 'grunt' scale, which some 3rd parties are starting to dig into (ie Omnigonix Sunstreaker and MMC Mirage). Basically 3P MP cars.

The easy answer (if you collect 3rd party MPs) is "all of them, starting with my favourites."

I'd like to see RID Side Burn get an MP style release. He was my first ever Transformer so I have a lot of love for him. Also he's an awesome design.

I'd like to see a 3P company have a go at doing a Sideswipe that more closely resembles Floro Dery's original character model, rather than the more toy based design we got for the MP (which is a fine mold and works for Red Alert, but not so well for Sideswipe).

Like to see some 1980's Decepticons cars-bots 3rd party MP Voyager scale 6.4 inch robot modes toys. So they can go on display shelves next to DX9 and MMC Mirage, Omnigonix Sunstreaker. HasTak MP Voyagers 6.4 Cars bots Prowl, Smokescreen, Silverstreak, G-1 and G-2 Sideswipe, Redalert, Tigertracks, Wheeljack and Exhaust.

1985 Voyager MP 6.4 Dragstrip using the DX9 or and the MMC Mirage toy. New head and new colors.

1985 Voyager MP 6.4 Deadend That will share a mold with Jazz. Different head and colors.

1985 Voyager MP Wildrider that will share a mold with Hotrod. Unique colors and new heads

1985 Voyager MP 6.4 Swindle that will share a mold with hound. unique heads and colors.

Voyager MP 6.4 Roadrage, lets give him a decepticon symbol since he was evil in the TFCC storyline. would share a mold with Tracks.

Awesome idea, A liscensed Dodge viper car mode for Voyager MP 6.4 inch Robot-car Sideburn would mix in nicely on display shelves with all of HasTak's MP Voyager scale 6.4 robot-cars.

Love your idea for wanting Three 1989 Brainmasters 3rd party MP Voyager 6.4 Robot-cars toys. Since each 1989 Takara Brainmaster toy was Voyager, doing 3rd party MP Voyager would be a homage to the original toy scale. I'd want the Brainmasters and Combiner Roadceasar gimmick also.

My idea for the 3rd party Voyager 6.4 Brainmasters toys would be to give each character a licensed car mode, So they blend in nicer with the HasTak MP Voyager cars-bots. Similar to what TW did for the deluxe scale Trottlebots.

1989 Brainmaster Braver i'd give a 2014 Dodge Charger licensed car mode.


1989 Laster i'd give a 2000 Lomborgini Diablo Licensed car mode.


1989 Blacker i'd give a licensed racing Baja Dune Buggy vehiclemode.

I'd like to see Grapple or Inferno. Hound or Trailbreaker would be welcomed as well. I'm over the cars. The "car" i'd like to see would probably be a Jazz. After that they should lay off on the car bots.

Think some future Season Three and Four cars-bots might look awesome done in the 3rd party MP Voyager scale. Like Hotrod, Blurr, Kup and Chromedome.

Think this might also be a potential alt mode for Takara's TFV 1989 Brainmaster Blackers alt mode. If a 3rd party was trying to do a licensed car mode for a MP Voyager scale toy.
