I think its kind of retarded how the WII version is called Cybertron Adventures. I mean even DS had the balls to put war in the name. Why do parents try to shield their kids from the world? Every one is gonna experience voilence at some point, might as well start early. But aside from that, Ill definately be getting this for PS3, preordering from Best Buy or Gamestop, and if you have a PS3, and your playing the game and theres an airplane that keeps droping bombs on you, then blowing your head off with a nullray cannon, its probobly me. Im just sayin.

Okay, so can someone tell me in no uncertain terms what "drop-in/drop-out online co-op" means? Does that mean that the only multiplayer function available will be through an online connection? Will we be able to play multiple people on the same console?

I'm sorry I'm just not very good with technology, and especially not so with video game technology. It's just all so technical sounding...

Hi all, longtime lurker, first time poster, thought I could be of some help to Dinobot Prime and anyone else who wasn't sure

Drop-in/out co-op generally means that instead of having to setup a dedicated co-op game, you will just be able to join a friend that is already playing and when you leave they will be able to continue the game without it ending because a player left as is the case with some games.

According to xbox.com it can support 3 player online co-op but no offline split-screen appears to be available which is a shame as I could easily talk some friends into coming round and having a bit of a session but none of them are interested enough in Transformers (shocking, I know!) to buy a copy of their own :-(

Anyone wanna be my online friend? My Gamertag on Xbox Live is "Mr Hankey 666"

I think that the name change for Wii is less to do with the terminology and more to do with the stated:

Developer: High Moon Studios (Xbox 360, PS3 and PC)
Next Level Games (Wii - NOTE: gameplay/content may vary)
Vicarious Visions (DS - NOTE: gameplay/content may vary)

I am going to assume from this that due to the differences in hardware and capability that Next Level has had to alter the game enough for the Wii that High Moon has requested the game to be treated as a different title all together. Thus altered title and new package art.

Come on down and have a Cybertron Adventure! We're plum full of adventure on Cybertron!

Yeah, 'adventure' replacing 'war' is kinda scary. Its watered down.

Why is the PC version only $30? Seems odd to me.

Have the PC system requirements been announced yet? Although I am going to wait for reviews to see if the PC version is good and see if it hits Steam.

Excuse me for being a modest NooB...(lol...rhymes with boob  ) annyways...I will most likely be purchasing the PC version...my question is, will I only be able to play against other PC players in multiplayer or would I be able to interact with other players playing on a different system (i.e...PS3, Xbox360) :???: just want to know if I can increase my chances of HEADSHOTS! :BOOM:

So it's sounding like, if I really want to get my money's worth out of this game, I somehow need to get my X-Box-Live connection to work, convince my friends to start playing video games again, convince them to buy X-Box 360s, and convince them that they like Transformers enough to go out and buy copies of the game themselves.

It keeps looking more and more like if you want to play a video game with someone in the same room as you, your choices are to buy a Wii or be happy with just playing Halo. :BOOM:
Check out my books, Titanomachies and Divine Retribution, on my blog!

well Wii owners can at least take pride in the fact that they have the nicest cover art.
assembling a Neo-G1/TF:TM cast. Please PM if you have (or know of) the following at a reasonable price: Classics or Henkei Astrotrain, Sunstreaker, Sideswipe, or 3rd Party iGear Ratchet and Ironhide.
Also looking for Universe Repugnus and Overbite, Frostbite and Longhorn and any Webdiver toys.

None of that made sense. It has a T rating, just like all the other versions. I seriously doubt removing the word "War" had anything to do with parents not liking it, otherwise they'd remove it from all other version. And since I know someone will bring it up, if the word "War" was removed because it's a Nintendo console, explain the DS version.
