That is so cool to know Sol Magnus I just needed to say! That would be epic if he continues the legacy as he grows!

Thanks. I was going to wait for Inferno for him, but Grapple was on sale for 17 bucks at Walmart so I got it. He knows all the issues on his own due to poring over Youtube videos. I've never even attempted to transform mine lol.

It gets more enjoyable the older they get. My son is almost 15, but I occasionally brag about him (and my daughter who just turned 16). Although he is developing his own interests now, he still enjoys our mutual TF Generations collection.

I knew going in he wasn't IDW Cyclonus, but I was expecting more from "this is the dry run for the Masterpiece in $30 form" quality.
I don't have any connection to Scourge and I like him far more than this

ebay seller mass-making them. It's pretty nice.
also just realized something, and I am shocked no one else has made this comparison: Kingdom cyclonus is to RTS cyclonus as the ER seeker mold is to the classics one. The engineering is really similar, things end up in exactly the same locations. Kingdom is the RTS upsized and "improved".
And that also helps explain some stuff. I did not like the RTS Cyclonus, so this one also not doing it as an upsizing makes sense as well.

So if i want an IDW MTMTE/ Lost Light Cyclonus im better sticking with Combiner Wars?
I got to say though, after all the praise he's been getting, your thoughts is a 180 on him. It's quite interesting really.
Thinking further, I wouldn't say no to a Transformers Comics Legends series that did finally give us IDW/Marvel comic characters as they appeared on page.

This ^^^ I know the knees are a love them or hate them kind of thing and I for one love them, they do work well for posing. Then you got that nosecone that just unfolds foooooorrrrreeeevvvver which is cool and kind of a trip. The way the wings tuck back into the arms for bot mode and the flip back out for jet mode is also fancy. The color is not the best, I would prefer a deeper purple, but Kingdom Cyclonus is fun.

Maybe because there's only three relevant ones? And one is just too small now.

I'm not talking just Cyclonus, people saying he is already the best figure of both this year, WFC, and a couple even calling him the best toy of the 1986 movie cast ever made. Character is one thing, but the wide range has been more like "best ever".
And I know I'm in the minority on the CW one, but to me, that one at least got the purple right. And if your entire body is colored in a bad color, any other good things are pretty hard to enjoy
