The only time the Dinobots were properly reissued was in Europe, 1991. They featured the golden "Classic" boxes of that era, and only 3 were released: Grimlock, Sludge and Snarl.

Not quite. The Dinobots, along with many others saw an official Chinese Reissue in the '90's.
Here's a list of from highendtfs.com. The copyright stamping on the toys and packaging were slightly altered to reflect this, along with the addition of a small black sticker on the outer boxes and cards.
