*sigh* I have to reverse some of my positive sentiments. Still waiting to hear back if my package from 5 weeks ago was even shipped. Never got a tracking #, so I dunno. It's been a while, but I chose the slow shipping option.

While i never had anything bad to say about mike and KOtoys( i stood up for them all the time and got beef for it) I just don't like dealing with people overseas. It's a personal preference of mine. I have since started using Acestoystore( based in california) carries the same CHMS stuff as well as a variety of hot toys. They ship fast and also reward good clients, recieved a $5 off coupon code today after only 2 orders. I reccomend them for those who are looking for the chms stuff that KOtoys offers..

Well, it's not that they're overseas. It's the communication. It needs a lot of work. I caught Mike online a few days ago and he said he's send me the status of my order in the morning. But he never got back to me.

Thats what many have said as of late about them...Seems to be happening alot lately..

Yeah, I wish it was more of a surprise. It's more of a "damn, it finally happened to me" sort of feeling.

Well, I've sent my final e-mail on the matter to two of the e-mails I haven't tried yet. If I don't hear back in a few days I'll have no choice but to open a dispute with Paypal before my time on that expires and I'm suck with being out about $100. I don't want to, but ... my hands are being tied.

Damn, there's 5 different e-mails, live help, live help offline, and a forum. You'd think getting a response wouldn't take so long. Maybe it's because only Mike and Kate are on communication.

Or maybe having 32 different contact points is half the problem... Unless there's someone dedicated to each one, there are a lot of cracks there to fall through. I've always gotten the impession these guys are great up to the point where you have an issue...then it's a coin flip...with an unlucky person doing the flipping.

Well, I have bought several times from KO toys and I have had mostly pretty good experiences with them. I recently got a sizable order, including the toxic rainmaker series's and a few others and a few of the toys came broken (as stated before, ALL of the crystal clear toys break and/or are broken before even packaged.) i sent a bunch of e mails to get replacement figures and didn't get an answer for a week. Finally, they say they are sending my replacement figures to me. So, i will reserve my final judgement once I get the replacements. SO far, my experiences before this order have been ok. As long as they replace what was broken, i will defenately order from them in the future.

I got a refund on my money now as they did forget to send me the goods. A sort of happy ending in the end.
