Whirl has been freed from his coffee grave.

Has subsequently been washed of coffee, washed with soapy water, then washed off with hot water.

Now located back in the garage while he dries and airs himself.

Current smell seems promising. Will see how he goes tomorrow.

I don't think you quite understand just how bad he smells. You can't be near him for very long, certainly not long enough to disassemble him!

He's back in his coffee grave again. Might release him today, or leave him there until next weekend. It helped, but there's still a bit further to go.

I did remove him from the coffee, at this stage he's still sitting in the garage because there is still a bit of a smell to him.

He didn't get much of a release (if at all) in Australia.

It is still an option though, and if I do replace, I will be selling Stinky Whirl on here for anyone brave/stupid enough.

Instead of coffee grounds, have you considered soaking him in a pot of hot coffee? At this point have you got anything to lose?

So I went for a little walk (1 hour and nearly 5.5km's later...) this afternoon, got home, sat down on my little veranda to relax and take in what was left of the setting sun.

*sniff* *sniff*

*look to my left*

Bloody hell Whirl, why do you STILL stink?

Clearly leaving him out in the cold air of the last few weeks hasn't helped either.
