Been rewatching Armada lately, and I've got a real soft spot for Starscream. Not because he's a particularly great villain in the series (though he does always pwn in that department), but because I feel bad for him as the victim of incessant cyber(tronian) bullying. He's supposed to be this scheming, treachorous megalomaniac, but all he does for the first 6 episodes is get needlessly insulted by Cyclonus, Demolishor and even Megatron and kick around feeling sorry for himself.

I also like Demolishor, mostly because he's the only Decepticon HasTak has ever dared to make who actually looks like a nazi stormtrooper.

Who is your favorite villain ever, all series combined?

This would mean the villian would have to exist in every single TF Continuity/series/universe/dimension/toy line/comic/alternate universe?

Honestly the only villian in the TF myths who was shown to be able to exist in everything was Unicron.

I always like Masterforce overlord

G1- Starscream
Comics- Shockwave
Beast Wars- Megatron (honorable mention for Rampage though)
Beast Machines- Megatron
TF '07- Bonecrusher (regardless of screentime he was cool)
ROTF- Starscream
DOTM- Sentinel Prime (honorable mention for Soundwave)

Overall I'd say Beast Wars/Beast Machines Megatron is my all time favorite

I also REALLY like Prime Megatron. I don't know why I like Megatron in general so much. BW Megs is totally my favorite for conniving plots and ridiculousness though.

True, a villain that is not evil but do evil because it's logical is really scary.

...but not as entertaining as an idiot who want to be Calife à la place du Calife like Starscream!

Shockwave from the Marvel comics would have obliterated any version of Starscream he faced. Except maybe Galaxy Force Screamer. But only the giant version.

In Animated, he has infiltrated Autobot ranks so well he is a Prime.
Plus, he likes 80s power ballads.

And has no face.
