You must have a lot fo free time if you beat them all in 3 days.
I like GOW, the only games I actually still play and replay for that matter. Story wise they're also above most other games, well except for 3 which does feel more like, "Yea we decided to change the ending to part 2 because we realised we could sell another game that way.

Also Bayonetta is a pretty good game, especially after you finally get to play it after it's 20 minute opening cut scene/quick time event.
to me it's just as good as GOW, different but just as good in how different it is.

You're damn right.

I just think it's because SEGA oversaturates their annual lineup with an obligatory Sonic game.

On the other hand, they left behind in Japan the first 4 games of Sakura Taisen, as the first game alone was seen as a killer app for the Saturn in Japan.

But yeah, I too notice how they make so many games, yet a couple of the ones they leave behind are the truly best ones for US release. I can name Shining Force games, too.

When the Dreamcast was still around I think the stakes were much higher and they were definitely one of the innovators in the industry. Now it seems like they have slipped a bit in recent memory. But everyone is sucking up during these economic times, when in fact that is such a HUGE OPPORTUNITY! Hopefully, Sega brings back the magic in time for the X'mas season.

Sega used to have great games until the post Dreamcast days, then they just went downhill. When it comes to a couple of their current gen games, I did actually enjoy Bayonetta and very surprisingly Captain America. They really did blow it with both Iron Man and Hulk games, so I really wasn't expecting anything from the Cap'n. Don't even get me started on Sonic....Unleashed left such a sour taste in my mouth.

The day Sonic recovers is the day they cure death.

Don't get me wrong, I like them, but the controls and camera could use some work. With Colors they're going in the right direction.

I think you are totally right. The Sonic games just need to refine their game mechanics and give the camera(s) a major overhaul in their games. The Sonic franchise is still a good one with a lot of potential, so I would like to see a something better for it.

OK, just how old is that quote? :P

Speaking of Sonic, what's the general opinion on Sonic Generations?
