Probably would have liked Generations Thunderwing if it was a Voyager class toy.
Just don't like HasTak update CHUG toys that are smaller than the original G1 toys. Or smaller than they appeared in the fiction.
In the Marvel TF G1 comics. Thunderwing was shown a big huge robot. The 1988 Mega Pretender Thunderwing toy was bigger than average. So I need at least a Update Voyager class CHUG or 3RD Party toy to reflect this. Since I'm into MP TF toys, I need a Ultra or Leader Class Thunderwing toy.

It would be the same Size as MP-10 or MP-13 or MP-08. Which is correct Marvel comics TF Thunderwing scale. As Marvel comics Thunderwing scaled evenly with these characters.

When I say "logistical nightmare" I mean in terms of making both the shell and inner robot actually good. It's the same problem as a voyager toy would be, but compounded due to the size and expectations a toy like that would entail.
Although, maybe it'd make it easier, in a way. A not-really-worth-it deluxe figure inside an articulated shell. Although that sounds kinda lame.

That's why I want the inner robot to be 2 inches tall. with a decent articulated robot that Transforms into a tiny jet minicon sized toy. So it would fit easier and smaller inside a MP Leader class Thunderwing toy torso cavity. Similar to what MP Starsabers 2 inch robot does. Similar to what that 2 inch Minimus ambus toy does with CW Leader Class Ultra Magnus.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.
Tsutsukakushi wrote:No, Please don't want anything similar to what PWTTOO is doing with their pretenders idea.
Having the inner robot for the Pretender with no articulation and as a parts former for the bigger pretender shell. Is not what a G1 Pretender toy is.
Think the PWTTOO's toy idea. Was taken from the AOE Construct bots toy line for the BMOG toys. and also the Hasbro Hero Smashers toy lines for the PWTTOO Pretenders. Where the BMOG inner robot is just a beast that snaps aparts and acts as armor for the bigger robot. Like the AOE Constructs bots Dinosaurs do for the bigger robot in the toy set. The Bigger PWTTOO pretenders remind me of Hasbro's Hero smahers toy line idea.

You are aware that the idea of modular figures that can swap parts have been around since the 80s? Sure PWTT didn't invent the concept, but neither did Hasbro.

Also aware that these former Hasbro employees. Might have been working on the Hasbro teams that created these Hero Smashers and Construct Bot toy lines. To me it appears these BMOG and PWTOO guys took these Hasbro toy line ideas before they left. Then used it for their own toy lines. Think they should have taken better ideas that didn't bomb at stores.
