Cog was available as part of the Fortress Maximus set. He is formed by combining the two armored cars, Gasket and Grommet; the process involves little more than removing Gasket's arms and re-pegging them on his sides and then pegging the two vehicles together. The top of Gasket's vehicle mode is sculpted to securely fit Spike (pictured) or any other large Headmaster figure.

So full of weakness, why bother. Lets stick to known mainstream characters who have yet to be represented, not chip off a old plastic block who no one remembers!

I guess, but if Cog came with Fort Max anyway, why would hardened G1 fans go for a 3rd Party remake?
Doesnt make much sense.

Perhaps.
Mixing new with the old just doesnt look right in my opinion.
I tried to get onboard with the Destroyer upgrades for G1 Devastator but they where just badly put together.
Detailed, modern articulation even in something so small as a Headmaster just look off with the G1 blocky/clunky/articulation free figures of the Eighties.
Maybe someone will buy this...

I like my Kabaya version of Fort Max. But if they produce Cerebro in scale with the FP Headmasters, then I would consider Shaft here too to go with the other Headmasters in my Neo-G1 shelves.
I'm definitely interested to see where this goes...
