That was my intention when I picked it up. So far no-one has inquired plus its cheaper to get it off the site.

I don't know where he heard this, but a collector friend of mine told me that the first wave of TCs was a "test run" from TRU to determine demand. Then supposedly by sometime next month they will be out in greater supply. I would love to hear this from someone else too -to make it easier to believe.

I was expecting the stand for this to be a piece of garbage, but was pleasantly surprised that it actually works well.

Then supposedly by sometime next month they will be out in greater supply. I would love to hear this from someone else too -to make it easier to believe.

They don't do trial runs, they order a run and it's done.
It cost's a ton of money to keep manufacturers on Stand by.
Exclusives are always a one shot, one kill process.

I have an easy fix for that, as long as you don't mind cutting into your MP figure. Just shave down the sharp edge that pushes the wing away from the figure's back. I'll try to creat a post for this and a couple other little MP TC mods I did.

I must say that this news appears to be local for LA so far. I didn't know when I first mentioned this a few posts ago, as I have just seen this today. Sorry. I hope TRU decides to do this for all of the US. (And where's that g*^&*mn MP Prime already?!?!?!?)

You do know there is a flap at the end of the wing, you have to flip over, that has a tab that plugs the wings to his back right?

That's definitely different in terms to toy exclusives, but that's cool for everyone who still needs one.

I'm thinking OP and the Asia Exclusives might be in the top toys list - which means we can reserve the toys in store. In fact, I'm almost certain OP will, since the list is chosen by TRU, and they'll want to mix it with both actual hot toys and their own products.

I was at my local TRU today and they had him, but my new credit card is still on its way (my old one got destroyed by my phone), so I only had enough money to buy a Kre-O set.

No - my prophecy was a failure. None of the toys made it onto TRU's hot sku list.

Why am I not getting any in stock emails?! I've signed up with two different emails twice, and I still am not getting any "instock" emails despite getting confirmation emails. So frustrating! Why not just freaking allow us to backorder?!
