In a communication from
Metrodome to several Transformers sites, the following updates were revealed to us. The third Takara box of the series Transformers: Victory is on course to be released on December 26th. A podcast of the first episode of Victory is expected to be put online on their
TransformersDVD Board late December.
The release of the UK version of the 20th Anniversary special of Transformers: The Movie has been pushed back to a May 2007 release date. This version will be remastered straight from the negatives to a PAL conversion. The movie will be presented in a widescreen format and will not use the same soundtrack on the movie that was used in their previous 2005 release of Transformers: The Movie - Reconstructed, which contained several errors. Chris McFeely, who has done commentary on the HeadMasters, MasterForce and Victory boxes, will be consulting in all the material to make sure this DVD release will be the best release to date.
According to
thetransformers.net the
TransformersDVD site will also be updated and relaunched next year.

Congratualtions to Ryan for reaching over 1,000 galleries with the addition of a new gallery for Transformers Victory
Victory Saber! In addition to the 1,000th gallery, Ryan has also added over 50 new images to the existing
Star Saber gallery and a whole new gallery for
Victory Leo. What could be more fitting for galleries 1,000 and 1,001 than these landmark figures?
Ryan's next goal is to hit 1,095 galleries before January 4th. If he can reach that goal, then he will have added a gallery per day on average since the first toy gallery went live on the site back on January 4th, 2004! Go for it Ryan!

Some people have been having a hard time finding Transformers Classics. This should be changing in the near future. Dark Prime of
TFW2005 has reported that soon Wal-Mart will be putting out a pallet display. One side of the display has Optimus Primes and Megatron. The other side has the Wave 1 Deluxe figures. The sides of the pallet have cardboard pictures of some of the figures in robot mode. So keep your eyes open if you are having trouble finding Classics!
