The Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast is back in your feeds with an allegedly short episode that stretches into infinity, or at least into the typical length for this podcast. Listen in as ScottyP and Megatronus do their thing with Transformers news.
Episode #293 “License to Thrill” is available directly and in our RSS Feed, and should appear on Apple Podcasts, Stitcher Radio and many other Podcatcher sites within 24 to 48 hours of when you see this news post.
Here's what we discuss in this episode:
After some irreverent small talk, we dive in earnest into Daikron, AKA Diaclone Ironhide, and the amazing packaging upgrade to Legacy's Generations Selects line.
Speaking of Legacy, new core class figures have been revealed: Iguanus and Skywarp. While Skywarp's lack of ion blasters give us pause, there is no resisting the near perfect, threading-the-Pretenders-needle execution of Iguanus.
The rumors have become reality as IDW is reported to lose the Transformers license at the end of the calendar year. We speculate on the remaining releases and how to transition to the new license holder.
Rise of the Beasts the movie, delayed? Well that's not going to stop Rise of the Beasts toys from hitting shelves in Q2 of this year. How will these toys fair without media support? Not great.
We have a Rise of the Beasts-related listener question from meanguns: "Everyone give a realistic prediction and a bold/ridiculous prediction." Well... you asked for it.
Next we speak to the rollout of Legacy, the appearance of the line at French retail, and whether there's been a shift in approach given supply chain constraints and container allocations, or if it's just all in our heads.
We wrap up with a round of bragging rights. Megatronus couldn't find an image of the really, really, really cool thing ScottyP got, so you'll just have to listen in to find out but he used magic Admin powers to edit this post to add it in. Cool!

Here we go! The podcast crew gives their thoughts on the recently released on Netflix show. This is the 3rd installment (and final) in the War for Cybertron series. How did the mixing of vehicles and beasts fair? Was the ending of the series satisfying? We'll share our ideas and we'd love to hear yours.
Episode #281 “Netflix Kingdom Reviewed” is available directly and in our RSS Feed, and should appear on Apple Podcasts, Stitcher Radio and many other Podcatcher sites within 24 to 48 hours of when you see this news post.
Wazzpinator say spoilerzzz ahead… biggezzt spoiler… WAZZPINATOR iZ not in show. Makes Wazzzpinator angry. Stupid rat bot, and bird bot are in it, even car and truck bots, but NOOOOO not the beZt bot. Two cat botzz, but no wazzzp bot.
Wazzpinator reviewz thizz show and givezzz it one star…
Puny human hozt ScottyP reviewzzz and dizcuzzes thiz non-showz episodezzz with silly ghozt bot, Mzr. Starscream, and another stupid cat or car bot, Wazzpinator not know, Tigertrack… they say watch and share…Wazpinator not agree.
Silliness aside, if you want to actually listen to the review by the human crew with each episode broken down by ScottyP with insights and comments from guests- the radiant Mr. Starscream, and the long-missing Tigertrack- give the show a listen despite the fact that Waspinator hates KINGDOM and that there is indeed, no Waspinator in any of the episodes. We do not hold back, so other secrets of the series are spoiled as well.
SPOILERS A PLENTY LISTENERS!
Specifically we talk discuss topics related to voice acting, animation and transformations, character expectations versus character realities, and of course, how does it fair as the capstone to the WFC series. Plenty of things to like and also some things to criticize, as well. And yes, we ran out of time to talk about everything.
We finish up with bragging rights related to the recently released BUZZWORTHY BUMBLEBEE: BUMBLEBEE ORIGINS toy and the KINGDOM: RODIMUS PRIME toy.
Please share your thoughts, insights, likes and dislikes for the third installment of the WFC series below! Chime in on our thoughts and take us further in directions we didn't think of! We’d love to hear your ideas.
NOTE: You can also check out ScottyP's mostly spoiler free written review of the new chapter here.

The Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast makes its triumphant return with another weekly roundup of all things Transformers. We join Cobotron, Rotorstorm and Scotty P as they sit down to discuss Sentinels and Ironhides and Prowls, all on the perfect day for... a parade!
First up, it was recently discovered via Amazon France that there may be another Earthrise special two pack coming down the pike. This time it's Prowl and Ironhide. Will these two be simple Siege repaints or will we see any re-tooling? Let's us know your thoughts!
Up next, ScottyP gives us his in-hand opinion on the latest Studio Series figures to be found at retail, Scrapper and Sentinel Prime.
Announced at Toy Fair and now shipping from Hasbro Pulse, it's the long awaited Generations Selects Spy Patrol 3rd Unit which contains the likes of Wingthing, Frenzy, Skar and Knok.
We close out this episode with another rough of bragging rights
We hope you've enjoyed our temporary weekly format, stay tuned in a couple weeks as we return to your regularly scheduled bi-weekly format.

Back again to cure your real folk blues, it's the Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast. Join Counterpunch, Megatronus and Scotty P as they chat about some of the more recent Transformers comic book releases, Mini-Cons, imaginary TV series and more. After all the toy talk, this one's for our media and general discussion crowd and follows a similar format to the previous episode.
Using our most potent powers of possibly misplaced optimism, we think about the latest comic's (at least slight) turn-around and reflect on other times where something in Transformers seemed kinda junky at first, but eventually grew on us.
With Cyberverse winding down and the next TV installment looking like a bleak, grimdark departure from that, we reflect on possible alternative approaches to Transformers television media that could appeal to kids and adults - all in an extremely poorly introduced segment, so hopefully you read this post first!
Stay tuned next week as we bring you another episode about, uh, well it'll be about Transformers but that's all we know so far! Thanks for listening.

A new line of Transformers Generations products has been out for a short while and the Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast was so wrapped up in Toy Fair coverage that the actual newest releases slipped by the wayside. Join host Scotty P and Cobotron as they remedy this situation by dissecting much of Earthrise's first wave before talking about Lio Convoy, Transformers: Galaxies and much more.
The episode concludes with the traditional round of bragging rights.

The grand spectacle of Toy Fair 2020 rolled into town, giving us jabber jaws plenty to gab about on the Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast. Join your host ScottyP alongside xRotorstormx, Cobotron, and a brief drop in from the Boss Monkey himself, Seibertron as they discuss and react to all that was revealed at the (with echo) BIGGEST SHOW OF THE YEAR!
Worn out and weary from a whirlwind weekend of wonderful reveals, here's what we discuss:
First off, straight form the Toy Fair floor, our very own Megatronus had a chance to interview Ben Montano and John Warden from the Hasbro Transformers brand team and also both high ranking officers in the War for Cybertron
We dive head first into Generations WfC Earthrise and do our best to try and touch on everything we saw.
SNAP IN TO IT! Oooooh yeah!
As if Toy Fair wasn't enough deliciousness to digest, we gorge ourselves on the latest goodies from the rumor mill
Damn mosquitos!
Judging by the Trailer for the forthcoming Netflix War for Cybertron Trilogy, Siege cartoon series we can all agree the art looks great! But, will the story live up to its look?
Accompanying the new show comes a slew of rebranded repaints from Siege. Are we ready do it all again, for the first time?
Crasher! Is that you?
Generations aren't the only pretties on parade, Studio Series brings in some heavy hitters as well.
Move over bacon, now there's something meatier!
Cyberverse makes a good showing with some "Best of" characters, and some oddly exciting rookies to the mythos.
There's a new sheriff in town.
It isn't Fair, but it is Fest. We jump to the other side of the globe to briefly discuss Takara's Wonderfest 2020 reveals of Masterpiece Arcee and Tigertron
Here kitty kitty!
And while the majority of us wait patiently for the Earth to Rise, we wrap up with a very brief round of bragging rights.

ToyFair 2020 is on the horizon, but as we bide our time plenty of spycraft and whispers have made their way to the latest Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast. Join Scotty P, Cobotron, and Megatronus for reactions to Earthrise leaks, wild Beast Wars movie speculation, a cavalcade of convention options, and all the usual banter you never knew you wanted to hear until you heard it. Brace yourselves, and prepare to be boarded.
Scotty's got Wave 1 Earthrise Micromasters in, and they're the bee's knees. Meaning they have knees.
Earthrise leaks give us a full look at Commander Skylynx, Titan Scorponok, rampity ramp bots, and more.
Two new Transformers films are reportedly in development, including one on Beast Wars. Cue screeching guitar.
Titans Return has, ahem, returned as the next wave of the Transformers Card Game.
Another Transformers comics crossover is in the works - this time with My Little Pony. Kneel before your new queen, Twilight Sparkle.
Sometimes it's hard to remember how far reaching the Transformers fandom can be - we go into cons big and small, and wish we could go to at least a few.
Things conclude as they usually do with a round of bragging rights.
Stay tuned for the next episode when we catch up on the just announced Wonderfest reveals and all the latest from New York Toy Fair 2020!

The Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast is gearing up for the latest waves of Siege and Masterpeice toys, and the highly anticipated IDW reboot. Your host ScottyP along with Megatronus, D-Maximal_Primal, and Jon3.0 discuss their in-hand thoughts of their hot-off-the-production-line acquisitions and in-depth reading of Transformers #1 and the "bold new era" Hasbro and IDW Publishing are building.
We kick off the show with Megatronus' in-hand impressions of Siege Voyager Soundwave, and soon to be in-hand impressions of Siege Voyager Starscream.
ScottyP similarly got his paws on the newly released Studio Series Wave 6 deluxes, including Shatter and the surprisingly delightful Scrapmetal... who will give you the clamps!
When we spoke about the MP10 Atmos Safari Lebron collaboration on the last Twincast, we figured there'd be more oddball MP10 redecos, eventually. Well, we already have wind of 2 more Atmos collaborations: Tiger Camo Black & Yellow, which we have affectionately dubbed Big Cat Convoys.
We get to reveals out of Australian Toy Fair, including Micromaster Sports Car & Off Road Patrols, and the Twincast-predicted Siege deluxe Barricade. While the Twincast crew debates whether this is the Barricade we deserve, it is certainly the Barricade we need.
We talk about IDW's Transformers #1, reviewed here. *** SPOILER ALERT: Transformers #1 spoilers discussed from approximately 1:05-1:34 ***, so skip ahead just past that point in the audio if you're waiting for the trade! It's always tough to write #1s, but between the strong art and twin atmospheres of open discovery and claustrophobic chaos, Transformers #1 does a reasonable job of setting the scene on a new era. The Twincast hopes for great things, and more painfully accurate toy drawings.
We answer illustrious one of News Crew member D-Maximus's questions: "Which Supreme Commander and Emperor of Destruction (of any faction or point in time) is your favorite outside of the standard Optimus Prime, Rodimus, Megatron, and Galvatron?" Mmm... destruction.
Of course we close out this episode with a short round of Bragging Rights.

Get your mats ready for Scotty P and Megatronus to take you through a new Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast where conclusions are reached in the most arbitrary ways. Our Toy Fair hangover still hasn't quite subsided, so tune in to hear about what it's like on the ground during the event. Stick around after that for an impromptu look back at IDW Publishing's first 13 year run of Transformers plus the usual banter and brags.
Episode #218 "Jump To Conclusions" is available directly and in our RSS Feed, and should appear on iTunes, Google Play, and Stitcher Radio within 24 to 48 hours of when you see this news post.
Here's what we talk about during this episode:
A group audio interview conducted with the Transformers brand team at Toy Fair 2019 begins the episode. This features no members of the Twincast, but thanks to our pal Mr. Starscream for recording the questions and answers!
Megatronus talks through the Toy Fair experience as we put a cap on this year's big event. Don't forget to check out Seibertron's massive Toy Fair 2019 galleries if you haven't yet had the opportunity!
We give our two cents on a straggler from the Toy Fair coverage, MP-18+ Streak.
A second listener question from the same batch is answered, this one regarding non-transforming Transformers.
Bragging Rights take us to the end of another episode.
