Animated episode,
"Garbage In, Garbage Out" star
Wreck-Gar's package bio has been shared by
'Animated Grimlock', who happened to locate it on
Entertainment Earth's product page for the upcoming
Wreck-Gar toy.
* This is Wreck-Gar! He dares to be stupid!
* Wreck-Gar is only good for one thing... garbage!
* He's here to help!
He's not a bad guy-- just a little screwy. Born of man's garbage (and a little alien energy), Wreck-Gar is good for only one thing-- garbage! He's quite proud of this fact, transforming from lovable and oblivious robot to a sensible garbage truck. Best known for spouting catchphrases and trying to be a nice guy, he now fights in Detroit along with-- and against-- the visiting Autobots and Decepticons. Wreck-Gar just wants to be a hero, so put down your chainsaw today and let him join in the fight!
Thanks to
Animated Grimlock for the heads up!
*EDIT* There may be conflict with the bio not being official, but written by an employee of EE.

In what would be a heavy blow for our UK counterparts, it appears that the Transformers: Animated line may come to a close far earlier than anticipated.
Red leader of the
TFW Boards has posted:
I recieved a phone call from one of my suppliers this afternoon with regard to the Transformers Animated line, many retailers have wave 4.5 on pre-order from Hasbro, this includes Swoop, Sentinel Prime etc, the bad news is that I recieved a warning that the line may be cancelled before wave 4.5 and not to offer pre-orders for the figures.
As yet there has been no official confirmation, or denial from Hasbro. If and When there is
Seibertron.com will let you know.

Many users are now reporting that -
after a four year long wait - the highly-anticipated Transformers Club exclusive Seacon sets are finally arriving. The repainted G1 figures had originally been announced as a Wal-Mart exclusive for original Transformers Universe line in August 2004, during the Official Transformers Collectors' Club Convention, but the set had been shelved due to lack of retailer interest and its fate had been uncertain for years. Now, thanks to the persistance of the folks at Hasbro and the TFCC, the set has finally been made available to fans via the Club's online store.
Visit the Club's official site to order your own set, along with the other club-exclusive "Nightbeat",
by clicking here.
And for galleries of the original Generation 1 Seacons, visit the Seibertron.com gallery
here or see photos of the Beast Wars II Seacon repaints
here.

Scaleface wants to let the community know about his latest sighting...
"I don't know if this has been mentioned elsewhere, but I weas at Costco last night and they had a pallet of Supreme Rollout Animated Optimus Prime toys. They seemed to be the same toy as the regular Supreme toy, but they were packaged in large plastic tubes instead of boxes.
No bonus, no variations except the package was different. They had a price tag of $39.99, which is exactly the same price as HTS using the new FALL20 discount code, so I'm not sure who would get them. Still, they are there. I don't know if Costco is taking those $5 off Animated coupons from McDonalds, but that would push the price down to $34.99."
If this is a toy variant you are looking for you may want to go check out your local Costco, and pick this up, before he is long gone.
Thanks Scaleface!

BlackMagnus, newest member of the
Seibertron.com news crew, has dug up an interesting find.
Many of us are patiently awaiting the arrival of our
FansProject City Commander Sets, and again, we get teased a bit more with pictures on
HK-TF.net showing even more new pictures of this awesome customization alongside the
Powered Convoy version, and the
Nemesis version.
Also shown are a few images of the soon to be released
Gas Tank/COnvoy Rifle custom accessory.
You can always get your fill of the beautiful
City Commander release by viewing Seibertron's excellent gallery
here. Should help tide you over until they ship to us.
And you can debate whether you think
Fansproject will release the other two versions, or if they are just going to be things of legend that nobody else will be able to get a hold of, but will covet.
View some of the images below. Click on this
link, for the whole set.
