First 2010 Dairycon Convention Exclusive Revealed!
Sources within Dairycon have just revealed artwork for the first of the 2010
exclusives:
None other than Uncle Whiskey Breath!
"In honor of Dairycon's 10th Anniversary, we've decided to reissue a
perennial Dairycon Classic- our very own Uncle Whiskey Breath. Uncle will
come with his usual assortment of accessories, as well as a few surprises,
all within our fantastic Dairycon packaging."
"In-addition, the second Dairycon character- that is, one that's been in the

These two characters are part of the 'Battle for Brew City' assortment,
slated for Dairycon 2010.
No word yet on whether these will be regular or limited raffle items.
One final tidbit: "There will be at least 3 more character reveals in the
coming weeks. One of which is expected... and one which will blow your
mind."

Toy Hobby Market has updated Gentei Dark Skyfire's
product page with a handful of new images. While these pictures are of the small variety, it shows off Dark Skyfire in different lighting. It looks like the figure is more black than initially supposed. There also might be some chrome work on the figure. Check it out below.
Dark Skyfire will be released sometime in March. You can pre-order it off of valued site sponsor
RobotKingdom at a discounted price, or off any sponsor you see in the banners above and to the right.

Revision3's Tekzilla gives us a hint that Takara's Device Label might just be heading stateside in the future. Tekzilla reports from CES 2010, a major tech festival in Las Vegas, Nevada. Not much information is given apart from what we know about the toys, although it appears that
Toshiba might be behind this. That means we might be seeing Device Label Ravage, Tigatron, Grimlock and Trypticon in retail sometime soon. Unfortunately it looks like the rumored to be cancelled Blaster is staying that way. Check out the video
here, or embed in this news post below.

Third party
CrazyDevy offers another appendage that's aimed towards EZ Legends Class Devastator. For those who ever wanted to visually see the junk in toy form, you can now do that with this add-on. While being slightly inappropriate, it's quite movie accurate. Check out the ad below.
It will be released in March 2010.

The coming Tuesday, January 12th, video game website IGN will receive an extended trailer of the soon coming Transformers War for Cybertron game, slated for release this summer. To view two screen caps and commentary for the coming trailer,
From IGN:
January 8, 2010 - It's not often that we tease trailers prior to their debut on IGN, but
Transformers: War for Cybertron is an exception. That's because I'm a giant Transformers nerd. When I saw the two-minute trailer, I got a little choked up. Though it doesn't show off the gameplay, the lengthy trailer certainly gives fans reasons to get hyped.
The trailer, which debuts on IGN Tuesday, January 12 at 9am PST, reveals a handful of Decepticons and Autobots battling for control of Cybertron. For every Autobot shown there's an appropriate Decepticon counterpart, which means as soon as Optimus Prime shows up on the scene, Megatron does too. And should one of the more massive Autobots make an appearance, well, expect something big from the Decepticons to match up.
This doesn't look like a cheap cash-in on a movie franchise. This trailer shows there are definitely some fans working on the project. Along with the trailer, we'll have details of the game straight from developer
High Moon Studios.

Here is the message received today from Curt, the owner of
TFsource.com.
TFsource.com is one of Seibertron.com's sponsors.
Dear TFsource Members,
It has come to our attention that some of our customers information may have been compromised based on an attack that resulted in fraudulent charges being attempted on some customers credit card accounts.
We are recommending each customer who has a credit card on file with TFsource to review your statements and contact your credit card issuer immediately. Additionally please contact us if you would like us to remove all of your card data from your account.
Only a sub-segment of our customers so far has been affected, and this could be a larger issue outside of TFsource, but regardless it is our recommendation for all customers of TFsource to be safe and follow the above course of action.
Note: If you make purchases on TFsource via Paypal, Paypal is a trusted 3rd party and not affected, and is always a secure way to pay on TFsource. Also customers who pay with check or money order are not affected.
We are still investigating this matter and have been working diligently adding additional layers of security to our website, as well as with our 3rd party credit card processor regardless of where the issue originated. We will be continuing this process and adding further security to the site over the next few days and looking at long term solutions to restore confidence to all who visit our site and ensure TFsource is always a secure site to shop at.
We realize this is very frustrating for all involved. We at TFsource have always operated this business with the highest level of integrity, and I can personally assure you that no one internally at TFsource was involved in any of these actions.
Finally we would like to thank all that were persistent in bringing this matter to our attention as early as possible. Without the community and support we would not have been able to begin immediately investigating this issue.
Sincerely,
Curt

BigBadToyStore has posted preorders for the first wave of the Japanese Transformers Animated figures, giving us the first images of these figures. These are promotional images, and thus may be enhanced with photoshop; however it seems that the figures may have a metallic paint finish applied, and Ironhide (US Bulkhead) seems to be a different shade of green.
Check out all the images by clicking on the following links:
Ironhide
Bumblebee
Optimus Prime
Starscream
Megatron
Prowl
Ratchet
These preorders have an estimated release in April.

Seibertron.com member Psychout has stumbled upon the next Oscar nominee Visual effects list on
SlashFilm and, yes, Transformers Revenge of the Fallen has been nominated in that category.
To view the entire list of nominations, just click

Will it make it this time round or will it just be nominated like it's predecessor in 2007? Only time will tell.
