Greetings Seibertronians!
Have you heard about the easiest way to buy & sell Transformers in 2011?
If not, we’d like to tell you about
Crave (
http://www.crave.com), the new 100% Transformers marketplace created by fans for fans. We designed the site as a solution for collectors who want a better alternative to eBay.
If you have Transformers to sell, list them for free in about 60 seconds.
If you are looking for Transformers on your want list, browse the wide selection of vintage and new Hasbro and Takara TFs that sellers are offering.
”What’s in it for me?” Here are a few of the features set up to benefit the fan community:
- Fan-created catalog & checklists of every Transformer released by Hasbro & Takara
- Streamlined interface, easy to buy and sell
- Secure for buyers & sellers because Crave is in the middle of the transaction
- Selling is free!
Bonus -- If what you want isn’t currently for sale, add it to your want list on Crave & we’ll notify you when it gets put up for sale.
Here’s what some of our 60,000 fans are saying:
"I love buying on Crave. It has a wide variety of Transformers and you can find good deals. I am very happy and content with your marketplace and will be buying more. Keep up the great job!" - Rocco Grassi
"When I bought my Masterpiece Skywarp, all I could say was wow. At first I was a little hesitant to buy from a stranger, but I was highly impressed with the outcome. The toy was not damaged in the least bit, and the delivery was remarkably quick. I will be using Crave over and over again from now on." -Lindi Walter
"I like how easy it is to list an item to sell on the Crave site; you just follow the instructions on the web page with simple steps. I like how you have to use a tracking # to track packages. I also like how Crave is in the middle of a transaction to make sure each person gets their product and their money." - Tom Jones
"One thing I like about selling on Crave is that you do not charge fees to set up listings. Also, I love the fact that your listings do not expire…Crave is doing a GREAT JOB as the 'middle man' for transactions. That helps both seller and buyer. It ensures honesty in buyer and seller..no payment, no figure..and no figure if no payment. It's a win-win."- Matt Wetzel
Recent Listing Highlights
The Crave community began developing the catalog back in June, but we just launched the marketplace in November. Thanks to fans like you, listings are growing each day. Take a look through the
listings and let us know about your good finds.

Auto Assembly 2011 and Auto Assembly 2012 Major Updates!
Things have been quiet for the last few months from the Auto Assembly camp, but with the start of a new year it's time for us to make our mark with a barrage of big announcements to take us into 2011 and beyond...
While many of you are now starting to make your initial plans about attending one or more of the Transformers conventions that is taking place this year (and we hope that Auto Assembly is one of them), we are proud to be able to announce that we have been working overtime to be able to announce a massive update to our guest line-up for Auto Assembly 2011...
But that's not all. While many of you are still thinking about 2011, we are pleased to announce that we have confirmed the first details for Auto Assembly 2012 and we believe that we are the first Transformers convention to do so! You can find details of the date, venue and much more on our latest news update on Youtube here -
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ASn1s5cE0ks
The video also has the full updates on Auto Assembly 2011 and this is one video you do NOT want to miss!!
For those of you who have already booked for Auto Assembly 2011, we are working through a backlog at the moment and emails that we are trying to deal with which we hope to have sorted shortly. Our committee head has had to deal with a number of unexpected personal issues over the last few months including losing his job which has meant that Auto Assembly has had to take a back seat for a short while but things are starting to return to normal for us now.
As part of this, we are still running behind with despatching the AA2010 Non-Attendee Packages. These should be shipping in a couple of weeks once we have finalised the original sketches that will be part of these.
Anyway, for those of you who want to attend Auto Assembly 2011, tickets are available now from our website. Ticket prices are £50 for adults and £38 for children, students and senior citizens, with under 5s admitted free. One day tickets are available for the Saturday or Sunday (although these will NOT get you into the Friday or Saturday evening programmes) and these cost £30 for adults, £21 for children, students or senior citizens and under 5's as always are free. Family tickets will be available shortly.
The convention is taking place over the weekend of 12th - 14th August 2011 at the Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre, Birmingham, England. Tickets for Auto Assembly 2012 will go on sale later this year.
For more details on the convention, to see a full list of all the guests and activities taking place over the weekend, or to book your tickets, visit the website at
www.autoassembly.org.uk
We hope to see you all in August!

We all love our world devouring chaos bringer named Unicron. We love his robot-mode with it's horns and wings, we love his appetite and we love the fact that he turns into a cannibalistic planet with horns - he's
totally METAL.
So when the Transformers Armada line finally brought us a transforming Supreme sized
toy action figure we rejoiced, and since Unicron's planet-mode was kind of like a nostalgic (un)holy grail to us, we wanted to display him in that mode, letting him eat those stupid Mini-Cons. It was then we found out that he wasn't really a fully round planet and was impossible to display in said mode.
So along came Unicron.com, a fellow Transformers fan-site, and made a stand available which would let you display him in his planet-mode. The stand was cheap and had a wonderful design, sadly due to a design flaw the stand would often tilt over or in some cases even snap.
So since Armada Supreme Class Unicron was recently re-released with a much more G1 movie accurate colour scheme and head a different fan decided to make his own stand for this version the "Throne of Chaos". The producer of this new stand goes by the name of
Brownnoize productions.
The price is stated to be USD 30 and is made in America out of crystal clear acrylic and is quite frankly a far more stable design than the Unicron.com stand.
We have mirrored some of the images of this incredible new stand, but you can click
here for the original blog-post, however the post uses a lot of cursing and fowl language, so you might not want to check it out at work or school.
There is currently just one way of purchasing this stand, you have to send a pm to the main creator of it over at
toyboxDX, you can visit his profile by clicking
here payment will be done via pay-pal.
Update:
Brownnoize has updated it's blog with a contact form, just click
here to get to it.

Seibertronian Oilspill let us know that site sponsor
Robot Kingdom have posted images of a collector's coin that will be packaged with Masterpiece Rodimus Prime on their
website and Facebook page. See the images below. Does the paragraph that tells about Rodimus give us a hint as to the next Masterpiece figure?

With preparations for this summer's Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon in full swing, we're seeing more images for new figures from the movie's toyline every week. This time around, we supposedly get our first look at DOTM Voyager-class Starscream compliments of a Yahoo Japan auction. The figure itself appears to be identical to the
2009 release from TF2: Revenge of the Fallen, right down to the Cybertronian tattoos. However, much like a lot of the other new, DOTM figures we've seen, this version of Starscream will come with two Mech Tech weapons, one resembling a gun and the other a sword.
EDIT: after closer examination by saavy site member and News Crew personnel, it appears that this my be a different mold than the existing Starscream figures previously released. Whether this is a retool of the older voyager or leader figures or a new mold like a rumored deluxe class is yet to be seen. When we learn more, we'll let you know!
To check out the image of DOTM Starscream and the auction, click
HERE.

The Universe of the Transformers is vast, and populated by many characters. Their universe is a large tapestry, made up of the stories and points of view of countless experiences that serve the larger whole.
These are some of those stories. This is:
It should be noted that while this project has been recognized by IDW Publishing and Hasbro, none of the works presented have been commissioned or solicited by either company. The stories are not official canon, except where noted. These stories are the result of Transformers enthusiasts taking the time out of their busy days to contribute to a universe they love. No one has been paid for the production of these stories.

HK-TF.com member Mike has posted some new images of the upcoming Hasbro release Reveal the Shield, deluxe Perceptor. The new photos give us an even closer look at both the half-track truck and robot modes and highlight all the nice details of the figure including his G1-accurate, chrome accents on his knobs and chest plate. This figured has already been released in some Asian markets and will hopefully hit store shelves in the US in the next 4-6 weeks.
We've mirrored some of the images from the original post below. Click

In a recent interview with
PopEater.com voice actor Tom Kenny briefly mentioned his involvement with Transformers: Dark of the Moon. He said of Director Michael Bay,
"He's been known to make grown men cry, and I don't want to be the next one,"
Mr. Kenny voiced Skids and Wheelie in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. It isn't known if he will be reprising either of those roles or if he will be voicing a new character.
You may also remember Mr. Kenny as the voice of Starscream in Transformers the Animated Series along with Bill Fagerbakke who voiced Bulkhead. We previously
reported that Mr. Fagerbakke would also be lending his voice talents to Transformers: Dark of the Moon as the unnamed Chevy Impala Stockcar.
