Michael Bay has posted a message in his forum at Michaelbay.com. In his post Bay addresses the recent rumors that have been flying around the internet lately. Here is what Bay Posted:

"It is a bit tiresome to watch all the supposed script leaks on Don Murphy's site. There has been a lot of chatter about character names and what 'things' may be called in the script. I'm going to let everyone in on a little secret. Something that the writer's don't know, nor my crew, or Steven Speilberg, or the president's of Paramount or Dreamworks. Not even Don Murphy who is not involved on the day to day with this movie. Many of the names in the script are aliases. The only people that know the real names of many of these characters are the COO of Hasbro, their corporate lawyer and myself. I think this is two less people that knew the secret recipe for coca-cola. On my directing contract I had to sign all these non disclosure agreements just on this character name point. These names will not be revealed until the toy boxes are printed. The writer's had to construct the script where no actor needed to verbally refer to a character by name other then the main few. So rest assured AKA Devastator, is really not Devastator.

Michael"

Hey everyone!

I've added 2 new subsection homepages to the website. The first one I added was for the SEIBERTRON.com Media Section which focuses on various media files available right here on SEIBERTRON.com or around the 'net (such as the fan-subbed Japanese videos).

The second subsection homepage is for an all-new section: Transformers People. This new section replaces the old people section in the Vector Sigma Database. We're planning on revamping the content in the new People section to reflect all of the new people involved with the upcoming Transformers Movie. You can use the new People section to follow the latest Interviews or information about the people who make our hobby happen.

Plenty more changes are still coming down the pipes. Stay tuned for more fun and excitement!

The Movie Reporter has put up a video interview with none other than Tom DeSanto, co-producer of next year's blockbuster movie of the Transformers.

IESB.net caught up with Tom DeSanto at the 32nd Annual Saturn Awards to support Ringers: Lord of the Fans. Amoungst other things, DeSanto was asked a few questions regarding the Transformers movie. You can view the six minute clip on their website.

"We start shooting in three more weeks. So I think there is going to be a rapid fire announcement very rapidly coming your way. And there should be an announcement, I heard through the trades, that the announcement of Jon Voight being signed should be heading to the trades tomorrow"

"Don
[Murphy] was the new guy. But Don had the passion for the original voices. And he won me over! So I am supporting the original voice actors. You know, [Peter] Cullen and [Frank] Welker should be... They're the reason that people empathize with those characters. And you don't care about Megatron or Optimus Prime in alot of the other incarnations as much as you do as when those actors were voicing those parts"
