TFNation headquarters have sent out a very early email to announce their first guest - with the event taking place almost a year away! Starting off with a bang, Paul Eiding will be gracing Birmingham, UK, next August. Find out more below
We are honoured to announce Paul Eiding as the first guest for TFNation 2016.
To those of us at TFNation, Paul is best known as the voice of the brilliant scientist Perceptor in the original Transformers series and Transformers: The Movie. It is fitting that Paul is joining us to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the release of Transformers: The Movie.
With a career that spans four decades, Paul's acting credits include Grandpa Max in the Emmy Award-winning Ben 10, Colonel Roy Campbell in the Metal Gear Solid series, Septimus Signus and Galmar Stone-Fist in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Chichiyaku in the Oscar-winning Spirited Away, as well as many roles on Prime Time US TV, including ER, The West Wing, Grey's Anatomy,Cheers and Star Trek: The Next Generation.
We are thrilled to have Paul Eiding with us for our inaugural convention. Join us in Birmingham between Friday 19th and Sunday 21st August 2016 to be a part of TFNation.

SyTF1 we have confirmation (and cancellation) of some of the rumours that have been floating around the interwebs for the past couple of months regarding Paramount's upcoming Transformers 5 and the potential
animated feature.
According to
Deadline, Akiva Goldsman has now a project to pitch for both the sequel and the Cybertron-based prequel from the writers' room, seemingly with Mark Wahlberg confirmed in some role, but not confirmation of Michael Bay directing yet. Read more

EXCLUSIVE: It’s pencils down for the Transformers Writers Room; the experiment has concluded and the early results are in. Akiva Goldsman has walked away with a concrete blueprint to write a Transformers sequel for Mark Wahlberg to star in for Michael Bay to direct, with production starting in June. Ant-Man scribes Andrew Barrer & Gabriel Ferrari will head off and write an animated feature, an origin story that focuses on Cybertron, the planet from which the good and bad Transformer robots hail.

TFcon just annouce yet another guest for TFcon US - taking place in Charlotte, NC, this October. And this time it is writer and story editor Flint Dille who wrote episodes for Sunbow Productions in the 1980s, including The Transformers!
We are very pleased to announce Flint Dille as a guest at TFcon Charlotte 2015. Flint is a writer and story editor who wrote episodes for numerous Sunbow Productions in the 1980s, including G.I. Joe, Inhumanoids, Visionaries, and The Transformers. As a story editor on the original Transformers cartoon, he was responsible for approving and supervising the writing of scripts, as well as maintaining continuity, and developing the origin of the Transformers. He is also the co-writer of IDW’s The Transformers: Autocracy and its two follow-up series, Monstrosity and Primacy.

Roll Out Roll Call, the Transformers and G.I. Joe fan convention in Southampton, UK. This year, however, they're bringing out all the cool stuff (heh) by offering the TFCC exclusive figures at
Auto Assembly last month, and now by announcing the presence of Pete Sinclair of FunPub as their special guest! Check out more

Appearing for the first time at Roll Out Roll Call, The UK Transformers, G.I. Joe & Action Force Show it gives me a great pleasure to announce our next guest, Pete Sinclair.
Pete is the Senior Marketing Manager for Fun Publications. One of his main duties is the marketing of both the Transformers Collectors' Club (Official) and G.I. Joe Collectors' Club along with the Official conventions BotCon (Official) and GIJoeCon (Official). When it comes to Transformers fiction and other print offerings, he also works as the editor for the Transformers Collectors’ Club Magazine and the managing editor for both Fun Pub Comics titles “Transformers: Timelines” and “G.I. Joe VS Cobra”. He may have worked on a story here or there as well. Lastly, he has had a hand in the product development of over 150 Transformers exclusives, including this years hit TFSS 4.0 offering.

TFcon USA - taking place in Charlotte, NC, this October. Brendan Cahill, regular guest artist and cover artist on IDW's More Than Meets the Eye has been confirmed as attending the event! Check out more here and below, and make sure you have your tickets at the ready.
TFcon is happy to welcome Brendan Cahill to TFcon Charlotte. Fans will recognize his art from various issues of both Transformers ongoing #21, #25, #27, #29, Robots in Disguise #7, 2012 Annual and More than Meets the Eye #12, #27 and #40.
He will be in attendance all weekend and offering prints and commissions to the attendees.

We are pleased to announce that Transformers comic book artist Casey Coller will be attending TFcon Charlotte 2015. Casey is known to fans for his work providing variant covers for IDW’s Robots In Disguise and More Than Meets the Eye comics as well as many one-shot issues. He will be selling prints and offering commissions to attendees all weekend long and will be available to sign the Transformers #45 TFcon Charlotte/Acme Comics Exclusive Cover Variant which he created.
