It is that time again folks.
We were very successful last time, asking some great questions.
So what questions are on the forefront of your thoughts?
*There are some rules to submitting the questions:
1.) Straightforward.
2.) No multi-part questions.
3.) Not all questions will get answered or even officially asked.
4.) Appropriate and important, timely to the brand.
5.) Do not turn this into a criticism of each other's questions or HASBRO, in general. However, if information is already known--and you know it has been answered and have a source-- that would be an acceptable response so as not to have wasted questions.
We may not submit more than 5 questions, and they should have priority rankings (staff will choose and prioritize).
First round of questions will be submitted by a staff member on December 1st.
This is an awesome opportunity to ask questions that you have wanted answered. This privilege also speaks highly of our community and the important ideas we share daily.
A few days after the date of submission, you will be informed of the questions chosen, and then when/if they are answered the news will be shared with our community the following week.
So please, start typing your serious TRANSFORMERS toy questions...
The first round thread of questions on Seibertron is located here, and the links to all the answered questions from all the participating websites can be found here.
Please do us a favor and try not to ask a question that has already been answered. We really want to be able to maximize this opportunity to its fullest.
Let's start thinking and asking more. All questions due by Monday 12:00 AM to be considered.

With more and more families feeling the financial pains of the current state of economic recession, they are turning to the
Toys For Tots Foundation to help provide their children with a little joy this holiday season. The Toys For Tots Foundation is also experiencing a drop in toy donations as less families are able to afford purchasing toys for the collection bins.
Now you can help without even going to the store.
Text For Tots is a new way that the US Marine Corps Reserve based charity has devised so that you can provide a $5.00 USD donation to Toys For Tots via your mobile phone.
Simple text the word
TOY to number
90999 and a one time charge of $5.00 USD will be added to your phone bill. These donations will be used to purchase toys for "the economically disadvantaged children across the country".
But wait, it gets better. Not only will your donation go to helping deserving children, but our favorite toy company,
HASBRO, Inc. has agreed to donate a toy or game for every text donation received by December 21st 2008, by up to 150,000 texts.
"Through the gift of a shiny new toy, Toys for Tots delivers hope and joy to millions of children," says Brian Goldner, president and chief executive officer for Hasbro, Inc. "We want to help make sure every family who turns to Toys for Tots for assistance this year, will have the opportunity to put a smile on the face of a deserving child."
Here is a great opportunity to help out a worthy cause and double the joy of giving with your donation.

Hasbro Toy Shop has two very rare listings on it's
Transformers Universe products page.
Hasbro currently has two AFA Graded Nemesis Prime figures for sale, but like every AFA figure, they come at a hefty price.
If you thought paying $50 on eBay for Nemesis Prime was high, think again. You could be paying the following if your "die hard" enough:
TRANSFORMERS UNIVERSE Voyager Class: NEMESIS PRIME (AFA Graded 9.0)
Approx. Retail: $ 174.99
This collectible Transformers figure has received a grade of 9.0 based on the AFA Modern Grading Scale. As part of the standard AFA processing, this figure has received an individual label with barcode and has been sealed in a slightly UV-resistant hard acrylic case designed to preserve the figures condition for decades to come. The Action Figure Authority (AFA) is considered a worldwide standard when assessing the condition of collectible toys.
TRANSFORMERS UNIVERSE Voyager Class: NEMESIS PRIME (AFA Graded 9.5)
Approx. Retail: $ 274.99
This collectible Transformers figure has received a grade of 9.5 based on the AFA Modern Grading Scale.
So what do you think? Do you think this exclusive figure is worth it to become
even more exclusive for such a price tag?
Care to pick one or both of these figures up? Give it a go by clicking on there respective links below:

Hasbro's PR company contacted me a short while ago to let Seibertron.com know that the programming error has been resolved with the Transformers brand survey that was launched yesterday. Many users were encountering difficulties while attempting to complete the survey. The issue has since been resolved. You can complete Hasbro's Transformers brand survey by clicking on the following link:
http://www.hasbro.com/common/surveys/tr ... survey.htm
Thank you to everyone who informed us that there was a problem yesterday. As you can see, communication is the key to resolving problems.
Hi All -
Hasbro was recently made aware of a problem with its Transformers Collectors Survey posted to the brand’s website. A glitch in the programming was resulting in a termination of the survey when/if a participant selected “Female” at the onset of the survey. This was an unfortunate mistake in programming and not intentional. The issue has since been fixed and the survey is now operating as intended.
Thank you all for your continued support!

HASBRO.com has posted a short survey aimed at the Transformers community asking questions on why you collect Transformers.
The 31 question survey seems to get the pulse of the collector and targets what we look for when purchasing our beloved
Robots In Disguise.
Let HASBRO know how you feel by doing the survey
here.

Earlier this year, we reported that
IDW Publishing, the company that currently holds the publishing rights to the Transformers license claimed fourth position in the competitive Comics market.
Thanks to
RyallTime, the blog of IDW's Editor-in-Chief Chris Ryall, IDW have remained in the 4th position in the comic book industry:
MARVEL COMICS 39.36% 44.83%
DC COMICS 31.55% 32.96%
DARK HORSE COMICS 5.40% 3.33%
IDW PUBLISHING 3.21% 3.27%
IMAGE COMICS 2.81% 3.04%
The first percentage is based on dollars, with the second percentage relates to units sold.
Good news for both IDW Publishing and the Transformer fandom in general.
