We're almost there, Transformers fans! As you probably remeber, The Transformers toy brand was nominated to be inducted into the National Toys Hall of Fame (we reported on this earlier in September) Since then, voting has opened, and we are in second place! Dungeons and Dragons, another nominee, currently has a pretty substantial lead over Transformers, but if we rally some support, we can overtake them and win!
It has not been said how many brands from the nominee list will be inducted, so make sure Transformers takes and stays at number one! You can do that by casting your vote on the official Hall of Fame website, where you can vote once a day for the remaining days of the contest! Remember, your vote counts! Be a part of history! For once, it's up to you to lead the Transformers to victory!

The larger more complex size classes seem to hog the spotlight, so in this photo challenge we will be focusing on (get it) the little guys. In addition to the smaller size classes this can also include Mini-cons, Minibots, Targetmasters, Head/Titanmasters to name a few.

Fellow Seibertronians, we have some more TakaraTomy news, especially for those of you who are fans of the "Arms Micron" line. They announced recently via their website that there will be two new Arms Micron variants, available through a promotion. One a redeco of Prime Arms Micron Dago now called "Micron Ink" and the other a redeco of Prime Arms Micron Zori, now called "Micron Sting".
Ink will be included, starting today, in Japanese Toys R Us Transformer purchases more than 3000 yen.
Sting, however, will be available at these retailers, beginning on the 21st:
Aeon Sapporo Hiraoka
Aeon Style Mito Uchihara

Edion
Hakuhinkan Toy Park Ginza
Hakubotan Ishinomaki
Bic Camera

UPDATE! We now have an additional image of Micron Ink from TFYuki's twitter! The new image below shows Ink in his weapon ("Arms") mode, being weilded by what appears to be a G2 Convoy!
Check out the images below and tell us in the comments: Will you be getting these new promotional variants? Do you like them more or less than the original decos? And, as always, your best place for Takara and Hasbro Transformers news is right here, on Seibertron.com

Female Transformers, aka fembots, have been around since G1 but still seem to generate much debate. With the most recent additions to this exclusive club (Windblade and Victorion (Pyra Magna, Stormclash, Skyburst, Dustup, Jumpstream and Rust Dust)) being the products of fan voting. There seems to be something intriguing about the concept of genders existing in a gender-less race of transforming robots. This challenge will be about exploring Cybertronian diversity.
As always, setup your fembots and show us what you got!

If you spend enough time on the boards, sooner or later a discussion about scale is bound to erupt.
Titan Returns is just around the corner and there has been much debate about the size classes used. Instead of talking about scale, show us your ideal group/team/pair of "scaled" figures. Feel free to mix-and-match as many different lines and size classes as needed.

Robots that team up to form larger more powerful robots is a fan favorite gimmick and last year was all about combining robots. We had scramble style bots, a six bot team of devastation and various smaller bots that acted as weapons and accessories. We still have at least one retail release coming this year with several boxed sets to follow.
The theme for Transformers Photo Challenge #10 is Combiners. Use any combining figures from G1 to Combiner Wars. All you need is at least 2 bots that combine, officially or unofficially. Scramble and pose 'em up, then hit the jump below and show us what you got!
