If you´re tired of checking your local comic book shop for the 2nd printing of the SOLD OUT Dreamwave Transformers: Generation 1 book, just head over to your local HOT TOPIC store. You will probably have to peel the price tag off however...
It remains to be seen if Hot Topic stores will carry the soon-to-be-released 3rd Printing as well.

This is by no means confirmed. However the order sheet for the reissues list them as being in original japanese packaging. More on this as it becomes available.

We´re all awaiting the reissues and the incredible Armada figures. But the nagging question is WHEN can we fork over our hard earned money for these fun little chunks of platic (and metal)?
Well, I asked a toy distributor and found that (like the Armada figures) the G1 reissues are scheduled to ship in July/August and have an actual shelf date of September.
All of these dates are subject to change, this is HASBRO after all...

If you remember, Big Bad Toy Store´s website offered what they called "an exclusive run of Battle Unicorn figures" that they made a special deal with Hasbro to aquire. Well, according to a credible source, the truth of the matter is not what it seems. The figures were already in the cases. Hasbro was going to sell them to KB Toys for about 1 dollar per figure. BBTS.com simply offered Hasbro about $0.25 more per figure for them. It doesn´t make much difference, just thought you guys might like to know.

An inside source says that if Fort Max does well in it´s original run as an online/FAO exclusive, we could very well be seeing him on Wal-Mart and Target shelves as well. With the price difference of the stores you´d see Max in Wal-Mart at about $85.

UPDATE: Seems Toys R Us has beaten Target to the punch. Check the flier sent out with the paper. RiD figures are Buy 1 get 1 free! Have fun folks!

I know a lot of you are looking for some of the Robots in Disguise figures that you´ve missed. Well, as you all know ARMADA is right around the corner. But Hasbro still has a LOT of TF stock in there wearhouses. Soon, many stores will be getting shipments of STRAIGHT CASES of figures. What does this mean? It means you´ll be seeing CASES of Wedge, Prowl, Cerberus, Storm Jet, and the others. Check your local stores in the coming weeks.

That´s right gang! You heard it here first on SEIBERTRON.com! Fortress Maximus is going to be sold from limited retailers as a Transformers exclusive! As of now, FAO Schwartz, BigBadToyStores.com, MarzDistribution.com, and ActionFigureXpress.com will be the only retailers selling the figure. Fortress Maximus will be a direct import from Japan, courtesy of our friends at Takara!

RUMORS: Several sources have informed me that Tracks and Skids will be the next Takara Transformers reissues. Given Skids' HIGH popularity (that's sarcasm there folks), I'd regard this as a rumor until further confirmation is available to the public. On the Hasbro side of Transformers reissues, Starscream is the next figure rumored to be part of the line of Ultra Magnus, Hot Rod, and Optimus Prime. I would take this bit of news as fact since it appears Hasbro is, for the most part, following Takara's path with PVC and Reissue releases. Fact or fiction? You decide!
