The following is a screen-shot he took of the video, in it we can see someone digitally painting a robot in the War for Cybertron aesthetic.
Could this be our first look at WFC2 Sunstreaker? And will it get a toy? Only time will tell.

Maybe WFC 2 Bumblebee?
We know Sunstreaker wasn't in WFC...thats why they said WFC 2. You know like the sequel, that he could very well be in.

Like we need another #$%^& BB. Don't take me serious on that.

Exactly what I was thinking. I reckon that it's just a generic sketch, or perhaps a TF Prime figure.

They had 50 or so different designs that didn't reach the game or the shelves in their studio.

That's what I was thinking. I would bet there are literally thousands of TFs that have been drawn up but never made into toys. This could be a design for a game, a cartoon, or a comic book. Or maybe just general concept. It's a HUGE leap of logic to assume it's a new toy.

As much as i would like to see sunstreaker in WFC2, i do agree that those are earth car rims.
so the likely hood that this is a model that will be used in the next WFC is highly unlikely in my opinion.
PS : does anyone want to see Hot Rod in the next WFC? cause i do

What studio are we talking about here? Hasbro or Activision? I'm pretty sure that's a Hasbro designer right there.
It's not that huge a leap of logic to assume this design could lead to a toy. Granted, a sketch doesn't guarantee anything, but at the very least, this image is interesting.
The only reason why I posted it in the toys forum is simply because I hoped more people would see it here.

Id love to see Hot Rod in WFC2, yeah he was in the DS games but if you think about it they really dont count and he was unlockable not playable through story progression. And since they already have a Base design from the DS games he could be added easily. I hope WFC2 has more characters cause the pickings in the first were pretty slim.

Of course it COULD lead to a toy. I said it was huge leap of logic to assume it IS a new toy, as the headline here implies. There's a big difference between "is" and "could be".
"This could be the last day of your life."
"This is the last day of your life."
See what I mean?

Ah yes, the headline does have that problem. I appropriately adjusted the thread title to include a question mark, this will imply some level of probability with getting new toys.

Wouldn't mind seeing Hot Rod but would love to see Prowl, based on his Roche or Dreamwave incarnation.
Only way this game would be cooler than the first is if the downloadable characters can be used to replay the actual game itself as well as just the online multiplayer.

No. That's a Hasbro employee in the picture.
