A star of Shia's caliber can't be bothered with court.
Not with the need to save the world from giant robots with laser eyes

lol, but he'd recognize Barricade's alt mode, so they'll send in Recon Barricade instead, he'll be fooled into thinking it's something completly different(just as Hasbro intended)!

Who said it was outdoors? Maybe it was somewhere inside.
Btw, can anyone elborate on how it works in the US for smokers? Is it legal to smoke in public rooms at all?
In the Netherlands these things are changing lately. (this summer it won't be permitted to smoke in restaurants/cafe's/disco's etc.

That's what I'd like to know. I'm glad I don't smoke, but this just doesn't make any sense.

And, no I don't think Frankie Muniz should have been. I liked him in Malcolm in the Middle, but... just doesn't seem like a Sam/Spike to me. You must be seeing something I don't.

Unlawful smoking? Are you kidding me? Thats absured! Last I checked this was America not Soviet Russia! This new "prohibition" is getting way out of control. Its bullshit that I can no longer have a ciggerette after a nice meal when I go out to eat anymore. And its bullshit that my last year of school I had to walk out to my car! and its bullshit that at my own job they lock us in the building and won't let us smoke! I am a smoker and I'm sick of this shit. A smoker is only hurting their own body, people need to get off their high horse. I understand the risks of second hand smoke indoors, thats why it SHOULDN'T be a problem for restaraunts to be allowed to provide a seperated smoking section. But outdoors?
oh yeah and its bullshit that I went from paying $2.75 a pack to $400 last summer!

But unfortunately, I do have to care... Cuz without him, TF 2 may be delayed. UNLESS, they fast forwarded into the future, and we get a older Sam in the movie. So no more need for LaBeouf.
I do hope he doesn't get himself in toooo much trouble. Cuz that court fine... pfft... after TF box office took off. I bet that money is just chump change. ; )

I seriously doubt he's going to face jail time over this and even IF it were to happen it wouldn't be for too long.

Quoted for truth.
Im not an American, but I don't think he'll go to jail. They won't lok up 'famous' people for that.
(unless he was smoking pot .... Hmmm which reminds me about my own stash...)

In Soviet Russia, cigarette smokes you!!
I am all down with the smoking ban and everything, but to me this seems nothing more than being equivalent to a parking ticket. Its still an offense but should only be a minor one.

I agree with the it should be unlawful to have cars because they're harmful, but I also know there has been attempts at making cars less of a fume factory.
As for smokers. It should be unlawful for them to smoke anywhere where people are because, People who do not wish to vollentary screw themselves over by smoking should have those that want to make a mess of their own body, make a mess of them. Or anyone smoking within 25 feet of a doorway or entrance to a public building.

I'm a non-smoker and I love the smoking ban in resturants and public buildings, but isn't it going a little far to say someone can't smoke outdoors? Geez.
I wonder how much of this is Shai's fault. His lawyer didn't even show up. Perhaps he should hire someone else to represent him.

Ever tried to enter a building with a pack of about 40 smokers in front of the door? And I mean a tightly packed pack. Not to mention that it's cold outside, therefore the door has to be kept open to get a bit warmer.
I regularily have to push through such a conglomerate of smokers, believe, the difference between them smoking in front of the building or them smoking inside of that building isn't very big. All you can hope for is that you don't have any resporatory problems.
And the smokers usually just flick their used up cigarettes away, you can imagine wat the area looks like.

but how would this ever delay TF2? shooting starts in june..so that gives us like 2 and a half months for this to blow over, in which it certainly will, meaning labeouf is good for shooting.
