Looks great! Just like MP Starscream, I mean Classics Thundercracker should look.

Now all I need to see is Thrust before I decide to drop the money on the set. He's the one that I decided early on would be the deal breaker for me.

Man, the blue on Dirge and Thundercracker look very close to being the same though.

Hmm. Not bad. Not mind-blowing, but not bad. I'd have preferred a deeper, less turquoise blue but it may just be the lighting.

Fogive me if this comes off as bitter, but why couldn't this have been a general release or store exclusive again?

I hate Hasbro right now. I'll be lucky if I ever get to be in the same room with this toy let alone play with it.

They probably are the same blue. In fact, with the exception of the cone head, cockpit, and wings they're the same figure. They both have black feet, thrusters, lower arms, and hands. My guess is, they pop off a bunch out of the same mold and designate so many as Dirge and so many as Thundercracker. It's only the wings, head, and cockpit that are different.

I don't think it's the same blue. Thundercracker seems to have somewhat of a glitter in his plastic.

I bet they are the same colors as the G1 reissues Hasbro did three years ago. Check those, you'll clearly see the difference.

You could be right it's hard to tell from those pics for sure. I do see the glitter you're talking about though. However, I can only really make it out on the wings and the tip of the nosecone on Thundercracker... both pieces which are different from Dirge.
