But they almost always say that!
Glad to be going into the Comic Shop to get two items for a change. AScending #2 has me all happy, I hope Devastation #2 keeps me that way (I'm already assuming Megatron #4 will be a major let down story and art wise.)

Since it's not on diamond's list. It looks like Uk#3 won't be out for most this week.

Beginner question: How do you read that list? Are all those comics coming out this week? Or is "AUG073740 TRANSFORMERS DEVASTATION #2 $3.99" when it comes out?

Ignore the date code before each listing, the products listed are out on the date at the top of the page.
The date code is used by stores to help order stock when it is first listed, months before actual release.
