In a somewhat unexpected move, the E-Hobby exclusive repaint of TFC-21 Broadblast (originally "Broadcast", known in the US as Blaster) will be none other than his upgraded form Twincast! He's set for release in April 2006 and will retail for 5,240 Yen. Better yet he'll come with an original character based on the Eject/Rewind mold!
