Today I stumbled on a link on e-bay's front page that takes you to a dedicated Transformers Movie themed e-bay site featuring a contest to win a $5000 shopping spree! Also the site features none other than Peter Cullen speaking some new lines for e-bay!
The contest itself is a Video contest where you submit an entry for something you bough on e-bay that changed your life.

If I had the time though, It would probably feature me a homeless, surounded by all the bots that I spent all my money on at the cost of my home, my job, and family.
In said film, I could see myself trading a fifth of Jack to an eight year old for his Megatron, and have me begging for spare rockets and other assorted parts.
You know, a real heart felt film that would make you think, cry, laugh, and maybe even love.

The whole "show and tell" at school thing is still in place. That should make plenty of people groan.
Personally, it didn't bother me. I have no problem getting to know the human characters. We know who the TFs are, and what they're capable of. Their time will come.

At the rate they're going, more than the actual cost of creating the movie in the first place.

..actually, you're closer to the truth than you realize. They are either equal, if not close to it. In fact, because of it, they said they had to make a trilogy to recoup their losses.
So...yeah. They just better hope that this thing doesn't tank...
...although, perhaps they know something we don't? Maybe they know it's going to be a hit or something? (It's happened before...)
