My local Wal-marts are the same (Chicago suburbs). I'm thinking it's because of the area, as the Super-Wal-marts up north or down south are usually cleaner and more organized.
The Wal-Marts around me are embarrassing, and all I read on here is how Wal-Marts all over the country are getting the new transformers first! WHA??? If you went into a Wal-Mart around here, and you were a shareholder, you would probably look for the nearest high rise with open windows.
