It would appear from this link that Hasbro Inc. have applied for trademark on the name 'Bumblebee'.
What this means is anyones guess but speculation is rife among transfans as to how it might be used. Alternator Bumblebee?, a Movie toy? A Transformers Cybertron character? Who knows?
