Hasbro Reveals Generations Selects DK-3 Breaker with Preorders Now Live

Oooops, wrong thread

I feel like I missed something, but if we had DK-2 Guard and now DK-3 Breaker, who was DK-1?

Edit: Oh, I see, the DK Prefixes match the original designations of the Diakron release of Diaclone figures, so DK-1 WOULD be Selects Spin-Out. Wonder why they skipped using it for him?

Spin-Out.

He just didn't have the Diakron number in his two-pack release with Cordon.

Because unlike "Guard" and "Breaker", Spin-Out was made into a TF character years before Selects back when they still actually gave new Diaclone TFs real names. So far the only Diaclone updates that have just been given these lazy droid-like designations have been the ones that have never had TF releases until this year.

ok, so now that DK-3 is official, c'mon Hasbro, DONT let this be the end of the Selects line! There is so much potential left in it...

It's not exactly his color scheme, but it reminds me of 8t. I beleive the red and green are swapped on the actual t wrecks

I got the SG bug but I wanted my toys to be perfect. So here's SG Ratchet with new feet and Reprolabels. Also, DK-Guard who have been converted into SG Ironhide with Repros and new feet. The are sideways on the bot's shoulders because they priorise the vehicle modes. I had to repaint the windows of the rear of the vehicle (new feet) so that they match their repros. I think I managed well enough.







As for SG Optimus Prime, I gave him the Alternate Universe Optimus Prime (A.K.A Dead Prime) trailer. IMO, it works better than the Nemesis Prime trailer. Furthermore, Nemesis can't lose his trailer while it makes no sense for dead Optimus to have a trailer.

I also bought a trailer upgrade kit for SG Prime. I bought it twice to give one to Nemesis, but it only could work with a severe mod.

The partner of the T30 Gen. Legend Cliffjumper makes for a perfect SG Roller.

Finally some expensive repros on SG Prime and his trailer. Worth it!










It was lots of work to do, but very rewarding IMO.

I think they look great. Those new feet improved the ER van mold 100%. And I always love me some SG Prime. The Thanos of Transformers. Great job

I really recommend those feet. They are simple to use and it's the best version to fix that baffling omission for those Siege remolds. They even transform and are fully painted.

I have and like the Siege mold for Ratchet and Ironhide, so won't need the feet. I like the robot mode much better, and for my collection that takes priority over vehicles.

Pulse just charged me for Cyclonus and Nightstick, hopefully I'll have them by this weekend.

Oh, the actual Siege mold needs to keep their OG feet. They just feel out of place on the ER vehicles. Still, those feet don't convey the classic look of the bot mode. Same thing if you color the windows of the rest of the vehicles.

It's all about priorities.

I just received my Generations Select Cyclonus and Nightstick. At a first glance i am definitely loving the darker color versus the Kingdom version.

EDIT: i just did a quick comparison with the Kingdom version. Also to note the left arm at the shoulder is very loose. It wont even hold up Nightstick. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue with their copy I just wanted to mention it.
