Perhaps I'm just foolishly optimistic, but that isn't how I read it at all. Everything says, "Available at HasbroToyShop.com," which would to me imply the website. So the fact that a few of the items do not mention limited quantities available via the website implies one of two things: Either these items will actually be available in greater quantities, or whoever wrote the press release accidentally omitted that phrase from a few items. (It wouldn't be the only mistake on the press release. For example, while most items have a comma between the website and the booth at SDCC, this comma is missing on the Transformers Titan Guardians set.)
And before you argue that, "Available through HasbroToyShop.com, Booth #3329 at Comic-Con International in San Diego," just means that Booth #3329 is named, "HasbroToyShop.com," take a look at the My Little Pony figure: "Available through HasbroToyShop.com, MY LITTLE PONY Fair & Convention, and Booth #3329 at Comic-Con International in San Diego." Thus, the website and the Comic-Con booth are definitely two separate items.

I hope you're wrong. Yotsuyasan made some good points...
But on another note, I find it hard to believe Hasbro wouldn't sell additional units on their site. I understand the allure of con exclusives, but as a company trying to make money by selling toys, it's hard to believe they wouldn't want to capitalize on the Metroplex anticipation/demand (even charging extra for arguably silly enhancements to the vanilla Metro). That's not to say I believe in Hasbro's corporate leadership and past decision-making abilities, however, so...
Anyway, from where I'm standing (in IL), both BOTCON and SDCC are elitist meeting points for people who live conveniently close or can afford the trip and fees. It's one thing to do your convention in San Diego... but it's another thing entirely to do BOTH BIG CONVENTIONS in San Diego! I'm not sure who to blame, but I do protest this loudly. The two conventions are so close together (spatially AND chronologically) that I'm not even sure why they're separate at this point! I'm not the first guy who's thought of that...

Soundwave is also a TRU exclusive, so that may be why they aren't available on the website.
