It is indeed Alex Milne, with Josh Perez I believe on colours.

Shuttershock wrote:Oh, dammit! I hope that's not Cyclonus's holomatter avatar. Keep pouring on the gas James, the fire's not big enough!
To be fair, It has been noted for awhile that Cyclonus's avatar would be a woman, and I think maybe it was said somewhere it might be like a schoolmarm or something not sure on that. I myself wasn't expecting this; though I will say she almost looks like a character design that should be on Gankutsuou, which is something I like.

She's also looking a bit garish and overdressed, like a Hunger Games noble.

I predict fanart of Cyclonus rapping people on the knuckles with a ruler.

I find her bordering more on the Victorian gothic side of things than hunger games, mostly due to the muted color pallet compared to a say pastel. Also I doubt what she's holding is a ruler, neither sword, nor rapier. I'd suggest it's a parasol but it's more than a bit tall.

It might be, I was just going off your "schoolmarm" mention.

Colour me intrigued.

1. Cosmos v. Soundwave! Finally a Spotlight: Cosmos so to speak!
2. Cyclonus's holomater avatar looks amazing. Incredible detail. And I can see her educating the Baby Tailgate avatar in school

3. Windlblade: Finally Blurr gets to go to a planet where racing is life (literally) and we get to see Velocitron! This I cannot wait to get to!
4. Combiner Hunters: They probably have the 3 females together since 6 more will be formally shown together as a combiner unit
Va'al wrote:Also, Arcee, Windblade and Chromia all seem to have new bodies in Combiner Hunters.
I believe they have the same bodies, just new "hunter" colors and Arcee has a new frikkin large sword of murder/death/justice.
July will be a very busy month indeed

I will be picking up those Combiner Hunter repaints if they come out. I couldn't really tell if Chromia was sporting a new color scheme though. And I find it odd that Arcee is using Decepticon colors.
I have also been enjoying the Earth storyline in TF, so it will be exciting to see the Decepticon station finally.

Not neccesarily, All IDW has to do is say that the Ancient Cybertronians worshipped Unicron as an anti-Primus strictly because he's 1000 times their size and eats planets. Poof! Instant DeathGod.
