As for Devastation #5's cover: IMO, it is drawn well. However, I find it only interesting in that it shows a very much alive-and-kicking Starscream. Otherwise... meh.

Not really a tpb.
All references to it so far seem to imply that the Animated books will be cinemanga. As in screenshots will be taken directly off the show, and have text bubbles inserted on them.
Energon had them, and I believe that certain Anime shows like Naruto also have them.
