The makers of Transformers 3 are really classing-up the joint in terms of actors, having recently cast thesps John Malkovich and Frances McDormand in the film. IGN recently spoke with the franchise's producer Lorenzo Di Bonaventura as well as Malkovich himself about the third film and what we can expect from the actor's involvement in the project.
"You know, we don't talk a lot about that script, but [Malkovich is] going to have a lot of interaction with Shia [LaBeouf] in that movie," says the producer, seemingly confirming reports that the actor will play LaBeouf's first boss. "And he's got a really fun character. And he's going to bring a really interesting spin to that franchise so it's going to be great."
Malkovich, meanwhile, admitted that he likes a good giant-robot movie as much as the next guy, despite his seemingly higher-brow tendencies.

At least with Malkovich, the film will have some great acting talent!

I'd like for them replace the Radio with some other actor. Mark Ryan is a great voice over actor, but he's not the right fit for bumble bee. He was excellent as Jetfire though. They could always go get Johnny Bosch who's playing Bee in war for cybertron. (Vash the stampede and the 2nd black ranger.) Or go really old school and get Dan Gilvezan who voiced G1 bee.
