EDIT: did some rudimentary calculations by measuring the silhouettes on screen, and scaling them up to real size proportionally, and came up with the dinobot coming out to around 5.6 inches tall

A couple things to consider when noting scale in that pic:
1) It's a 3d shillouette of Snarl vs a 2D image of Prime
2) Snarl has one leg bent.
In other words it's still too early to really say how large it is.

I have a ths-02 Prime but not at hand unfortunately. However, if my memory is correct, the shillouette of ths-02 Prime is 1:1 in scale. He was really small, hehe.

Either way, I am excited to see how they materialize when they finally do. Until then I wait patiently

I am happy to know this is still happening. I hope we at least get Snarl before they can it.

Hybrid Style was a super posable version of Galaxy Force Prime and G1 Prime. They were pretty good. You can see a pic here, it is circled in red.

Cool, but like every cool TF ever made its probably incredibly expensive.

Not EVERY cool TF ever made is incredibly expensive. Some can be bought for a mere $10.

tigertracks 24 - Earlier in the Thread wrote:Hybrid style means ultra-poseable, and super-detailed. I would have to suppose it's a hybrid of the G1 toy, and what you see on the cartoon and in media that they can do.

Yeah, I was a bit disappointed they cancelled the line. I never got THS-01 (Galaxy Force Convoy) and I always keep an eye open for him. There were rumors of it being reissued but those don't seem to be true. G1 Prime has a crap vehicle mode but the robot mode more than makes up for it. It is my second favorite version of G1 Prime after MP-01. There was a black repaint of it with a G2 head to replace the THS-02's head and make G2 Optimus Prime. I did hope they would do a better version of Armada Prime as THS-03 but they cancelled the line. Going by the teaser picture I think the THS Dinorobots (or what ever they are called) will be the same size as the original G1 Dinobots, which would be sweet

If the image is showing us the size comparison then according to my calculations he'll be 5" to the top of his head, which I think makes him a little large to be in scale with Prime but it'll still do!

Can't believe someone thinks G1 Prime has a terrible truck mode. Personally, I love it. Robotmasters and Classics Deluxe Prime had terrible truck modes but G1 Optimus is a work of art.

If you are referring to me, I was talking about the Hybrid Style G1 Prime. The truck mode isn't the best. Luckily the robot mode is fantastic. My original G1 Optimus Prime (metal plates in the trailer) is the centerpiece of my collection and I would never ever bad mouth that toy.

Like knock off G1's? Dude, with patience, you can pick up G1 dino's at auction for great prices. Gotta be patient. As for me, I hope and pray that they make these, and make Grimlock LAST. I have plenty of that Big Bozo, what I need is some Slude lovin! thats what she said
